The location is perfect for traveling either to Naples or as a jumping off location for other locales. Our room overlooked a large plaza with the train station across the road, the Alibus stop which we took straight from the airport to Napoliurbansuite, plenty of shopping and eating spots and convenient shops right next to the entrance. It only took a few minutes to locate the exterior entrance. As we were coming in from the U.S., we had very consistent communication to ensure when we were arriving, and we were greeted once we found the floor we were staying. They gave us a brief overview of our room and an explanation of the keys as well as how to check out. The room was clean and well cared for. We had a small refrigerator with a couple of waters already stocked inside. And for two jet-lagged people, the blackout mechanical curtains were absolutely a blessing. We would very much recommend travelers who are looking to find a great jumping off point for their adventures to stay here.

Convenient for station.

The room itself was lovely, looked very recently renovated and very nicely decorated. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the area around the hotel is pretty sketchy, and there is no elevator and nobody to help with bags (but it was only 1 flight of stairs). Very convenient for the station and the Alibus which is why we chose it.

This was frustrating stay. The unit is right next to the main rail station, so noisy and kind of sketchy, but that is just the nature of the busy neighborhood. What was more an issue was that it was advertised as coming with a bottle of wine as deal for platinum members, but it wasn’t there and when we contacted the host he couldn’t be bothered. He eventually told us where to find one by the unmanned front desk, but there were only little plastic cups and when we opened the wine it was foamy and corked. Okay, just a bottle of wine, but his attitude was awful and unhelpful. Pros were that it was clean and convenient, but we would not return to a place that doesn’t prioritize their guests.

Very nice suites and would highly recommend for couple nights stay. Well appointed rooms with nice fittings and comfortable beds. Close to transport. Slightly dirty around the apartment (outside) block due to lots of locals hanging out. Overall we really enjoyed our one night stay.

I got to the hotel at midnight. the area is horrible at night and doesnt feel safe. I wasnt told that check in was only until 8 PM. It took my 1.5 hours to get to my room. there wasn't anybody at the property.

Very nice stay

Quick one night stay. Tough to find for us American Idiots. Right across the street from the train station; super convenient. Able to check in real early which was super nice. Large 2 bedroom: Clean, cool, and comfortable. Was noisy (there is no place that's completely quiet in Napoli), but way quieter than i thought it would be (I know that seems contradictory, but.....expectations). Slept good, and I'm a very light sleeper! Complimentary breakfast was in the cafe just outside the hotel and consisted of a fantastic croissant and a very good espresso. Nice stay overall, and would definitely stat here again!

Excellent service by Armando. Hotel is across from Naples train station, very convenient. Outside area is quite noisy but not hotels fault. Felt very safe inside hotel. Cleaning staff was amazing, very clean unit.
