What a find!

This is a privately owned small inn on a floor of an apartment building close to the waterfront area. It’s utterly charming, and the innkeeper is very helpful. There are just a few rooms, so it’s quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is made to order and is delicious. Extremely reasonable rates. A small balcony offers great views. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Naples!

Everything was great! I have only couple comments main gate should have some more visible sigh since it was not easy to locate the apartments since the building is huge and it was confusing. Minnor issue was our room door lock since it was not functional properly and key was rotating approximately 10 times before the lock open. And the sofa should be steamed or clean somehow from the dust. Kids were playing with the pillow and the amount of the dust from the sofa was overwhelming and it was impossible to stay in the room for long period of time afterwards. Otherwise excellent location, service and well managed place. We will definitely come back again. Thank you

The location of the BnB is unique. We could have walked mostly everywhere if the days we spent there were not so hot, but we loved being two minutes walk from Castel dell’ovo and Borgo marinari. Definitely a perfect place to stay when visiting Naples!

Charming Property Near Sea

Excellent location. Host super friendly, but property is not staffed during day. I was lucky to make friends with another guest who introduced me to support staff. Host Arnaldo was very efficient on 1 day to help me get towels, etc as my room wasn’t serviced, but when I had problems with my transfer to Amalfi Coast the next day I texted him & had no reply. Tried to call other staff but no answer so I sorted situation out myself. Think of this as more large scale AirBNB than B & B. I would absolutely stay here again, just need to remember it is “concierge-free” it is located in an incredible old building oozing with character

Well located

We were underwhelmed by the setup. The B&B is located on the 4th floor of a VERY old building that is somewhat rundown. Th elevator was clearly an afterthought. It was near impossible to locate on a busy street. The location is otherwise great, the breakfast was adequate and served by an attentive attendant. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. We would not choose to stay there should we visit Naples again.

Historic building, nice antique furniture, continental breakfast. Host was very accommodating-- I arrived late at night and he offered tea and bread, gave me a map and suggestions for where to explore. All the employees were professional and kind. They give you instructions about how to get there by taxi or train from the airport or train station, including what fare to request. I used two taxis in my stay here, and one tried to charge a surcharge that I knew they shouldn't, because of the instructions. The hotel is very close to the beach, with good restaurants nearby. The city center is within walking distance.

Best location in naples

Close to the best part of Naples 1 street off beautiful bay of Naples. Great eating places on sea front. Average price per person to eat dinner and starter and drink good loacl wines 25 euro. Naples is an eye opener around the backstreets but that all adds to the charm. The bay of Naples is a must for everyone.

Luxurious B&B/Great Location Too

Luna Caprese is a B&B Plus. Excellent accommodation - very large, comfortable, character-filled bedroom and good bed with additional seating, drawers and wardrobe, table and chairs, balcony, mini-fridge, air-con and large ensuite with toiletries and fresh towels every day. It is akin to staying in a boutique hotel as you and the other guests have the accommodation to themselves with a big, comfy lounge with settees, arm-chairs, book-lined shelves and helpful information and a computer/printer for the use of the guests as well as a drinks and snacks machine for those thirsty/peckish moments which always seem to occur at midnight! Great breakfast with coffee, various teas, juices, bread and rolls, croissants, cakes, butter, jams, spreads, fruits, yogurts, cereals etc., etc (good choice). The accommodation itself is situated on the 4th floor (lift or stairs) in a huge, gorgeous old palazzo with a courtyard in the middle - very safe and secure. The location is brilliant - turn left out of the main entrance, walk a few yards and on your immediate right you have a the steps to the beautiful bay right in front of you with the promenade and all of the sea-front restaurants etc. To the right out of your door and you are into the lively shopping district of fabulous Naples in no time. Taxis and local transport very close by. Helpful Proprietor and staff too. We would not hesitate to go back.

Great location, comfortable stay

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Luna Caprese. The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent, and the room was spacious. The breakfast consisted of pastries, yogurt, fruit, breads, cakes, and cheese - and coffee drinks, of course. It was nice to be only a block from the seaside, where there were many excellent restaurants. By American standards, this hotel is quite small (6 rooms) and it may be a bit surprising. It is in a mixed residential-commercial building where you use an inner staircase (or elevator) after being let in to a courtyard. The staff aren't always around, but were very friendly and helpful. My conference started early in the morning, so they would put out breakfast earlier than scheduled. They also booked a cab for me on the way back to the airport.

Surprising hotel

Access via an Alice in Wonderland door into an internal courtyard, up a lift and then a lovely room. Great location a minute or two's stroll from the sea front with great restaurants or the bus stop for the tourist services to visit the sights. Excellent

Comfortable, Great location. Building dilapidated.

The location is awesome - one block from the seashore, restaurants, historical fort. Our deluxe room was huge, perhaps 500 sq ft, with a large window that looked across a narrow street at an apartment building. Once in, we liked the feeling of the space. It was the entry to the building that was shocking - dilapidated and crumbling facade, floors, miniature elevator unsuitable for rental space. But the B&B itself was pleasant, the host admirably accommodating and helpful.

Unique property. Forth floor of a very old mixed use building. Ancient elevator to rooms. Mattress was rock hard. Excellent breakfast buffet.. Staff very helpful. Good value and only one block to harbour walkway.
