Being west of Rt. 41, Emerald Bay is in a desirable location close to beaches, restaurants andgolf courses. The condo is a 2 bedroom two bathroom on the first floor. The master suite has a king size bed and walk in closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV and cable. The dining room with high top table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped, bright and clean. The living space has modern, comfortable furniture and new vinyl flooring.The lanai faces the pool, jacuzzi, and one of 2 clubhouses. It's approximately 100 ft away however, still private due to great landscaping features. Pictures will be updated soon.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.
