I stayed at the hotel at the end of March 2017. The hotel is near the train station so is easy to get a bus from the airport. The downside is the area is not very nice, it is busy area and full of pickpockets so BEWARE! I had my phone stolen walking from the station to the hotel. The hotel is pleasant and the staff are friendly although some spoke very little English. My room (210) was on the second floor, here is a lift to all floors. The room was spacious and had a balcony although the view was just on to the back of other buildings. I did notice a smell in the corridors in the morning; by lunch time the windows were open which cleared the air. Had no problems with the Wifi Breakfast is basic but there are cereals, juices, coffee, cheese & ham, bread & bread rolls and preserves/jams. During my stay there a large group of children on trips so did make getting a table difficult at around 8am. The hotel is ok only let down by the surrounding area.

This was a bad mistake. Like previous reviewers it was booked through British Airways and I let my husband choses without checking out the reviews. The first thing that hits you as you walk in is the smell, even worse than the smell of drains outside. We were shown up to our room which was on the street side of the hotel - do not accept one of these rooms unless you have no intention of sleeping - at all! The traffic noise is horrendous. The room was very tired with wallpaper peeling off the walls. The bathroom was even worse, black mold around the bath and the extractor fan hanging out of the ceiling. This room had a spa bath, but one look at the state of the jets and you would avoid like the plague. The curtains in the breakfast room looked like they had not been washed since the place was opened. The only redeeming feature was that we found the staff friendly and helpful. Oh, and the room safe did not work.

The hotel is near the train station so it near the bus to the airport and convenient for day trips with the local trains. On the other hand this is not the best part of Naples. The room was basic and shabby but clean. The breakfast was very poor and basic, even the coffee was tasting terribly. if you are looking for budget hotel it's OK

well, just one thing is good about the hotel is location, it's just 5 min away from the main train station except this really I cant say something positive about the hotel, first of all forget about wife in the room, if you are lucky enough you can catch it at the corridor, room and breakfast was so so, plus the hotel area wasnt seems security area, if you go out evening check around very well.

We arrived on the 31st January 2017 for a three night stay. We had booked through BA as we had countless times before and had extremely good hotels. Sadly there always has to be one that let's the side down. Run down to the extreme is how I would describe it. The bedroom had not been decorated for many a year perhaps 30 years but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The wardrobe had seen better days and you got the impression that there wouldn't be and clothes hangers unless guests left odd ones behind. The shower was the most awful contraption consisting of corrugated plastic which had been broken. The shower was a Luke warm deluge, most of the shower head needed descaling and so the water came out in a single jet on one side. The best was yet to come! Breakfast if you could call it that consisted of milk that was off, a croissant, stale bread, del Monte fruit cocktail, cornflakes and jam. We had to go over the road for coffee as we wanted white rather than black and the off milk just curdled. The hotel is in a poor area near the station but being near the station is a plus as you need to get trains to Herculaneum and Pompeii. Just watch out for pick pockets.

This is a nice hotel just off Piazza Garibaldi. It is near the train station and it is easy to get a bus from the airport to. The bus is called the Alibus and is located just outside the airport. It is 4euros per person compared to 40 for a taxi and it stops in the piazza a few minutes away from hotel. There is a fridge in the room and ours was broken. They did replace it with a working one the same day. Beds are comfortable, rooms clean. Breakfast is provided also. Will definitely come back here.

Nice place, around the corner of central station, close to historical centre. Breakfast good, nice girl/people. Ask for good coffee at breakfast. Shower hot and big water. Room is small, old but clean. Earplugs recommended.

We booked this hotel through BA (we’d booked flights then the website asks if you want a hotel). We hadn’t really done any research so after reading (too late) Trip Advisor reviews I was concerned to say the least. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was at the back of the hotel so was very quiet and we were never disturbed by noise. The room was clean and well maintained. The towels and bedding were changed every day. The wifi in the room worked fine as did the TV. Wifi in the bar area was also great. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room (there is a minibar) so were glad we’d taken our own travel kettle/mugs. The hotel is located on Corso Garibaldi just minutes from the Central Station of Naples on Piazza Garibaldi. This is also where you would get the Metro if you want to get around the city. However, we walked everywhere as that way you see so much more. The hotel’s location really is excellent for sightseeing purposes. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information about places to see and how to get about. Yes, breakfast was a limited offering but it was plentiful. It’s only continental breakfast so we weren’t expecting anything much. I do agree that the water for the tea wasn’t very hot but that’s the only complaint. There was coffee in an urn (but we never had it), additionally the waitress was backwards and forwards doing coffee orders for guests (freshly made at the bar - espresso, cappuccino etc) so I’m sure you only had to ask. It only took about 15 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport and the fare was 20 Euros, but I made sure we had a metered cab and agreed the price before we started the journey.

Slightly dated hotel but decent value, and as we had to get a flight the next morning it was ideal location to get the bus. If you're staying longer I would stay in another part of Naples. Breakfast was slightly limited but fine.

Last week we stayed there for 8 nights... The only this that is positive about that place is the stuff which is friendly and speak many languages. Appart from that, I was not at all satisfied by this hotel; 1) WIFI: The hotel was supposed to have wifi for free, which wasn't the case in our room. ( even after we signalised the problem) 2) BREAKFAST: I've never seen such a poor breakfast, it had strictly the minimum and still it wasn't good. the coffee has the taste of something reboiled a million times, the bread and the cereal taste old and the ham has lots of fat .And what's more, IT NEVER CHANGES 3) LOCATION: very central and easy to access for the airport or the train station but during the night you don't feel safe and it's kind of far from the city center 4) ROOM: we were staying in a room of 4 which is practically a room of 2 with two beds added 5)we got the room in the first floor , road side, above a cloth store..apart from the fact that it was very noisy (which is justified due at its position near the train station), the store beneath during teh weekends turns on the volume to the point that you feel that you are in a club..I'm not exagerating at all, everything was resonating, especially in the bathroom 6) the carpet on the floor, god knows when it was washed for the last time, very very very dusty 7) a tax of 2 euros per person and per night is waaaay too much for the provisions of this hotel
