The staff was excellent here. My interactions with everyone was pleasant and they all were helpful from advice about dining options to directions to just needing to fill a water bottle. Property on a main thoroughfare, but you couldn’t hear anything in the room. The balconies were cool.
Room was very clean and we forgot that we got breakfast included and that was so amazing. The unfortunate part about most of Naples is that it has so so much grafiti that the city just seems depressing. The hotel is great and close to the train station and all of the staff were so very nice and helpful 24/7!!!
Horrible stay. My room shared one wall with the reception desk and another with the dining room. The walls are paper thin and I was woken up so many times by staff laughing, chatting, dropping bowls, or slamming things. When I asked to live, they said it wasn’t possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!
I was very happy with our stay. We are a family of four and the family suite was very well designed and comfortable. The hotel location is walkable to the main shopping/street food area and the castles. Staff was friendly. Easy walk to the train station.

Dear Austin,We are so sorry that your stay here was so terrible. Generally it is not within the ways of our staff all you listed in your review. The kitchen is located away from the walls of the room where you stayed. What you are probably talking about are noises of other guests, who enjoying breakfast talk to their own fellow travelers. This is unfortunately out of our control. Unfortunately, having not even received any complaints, we could not do anything about it. Surely we would not hesitate to assign you a room away from any noise that could disturb your stay. Our staff is always very attentive to the needs of our guests, and no one would be allowed to say that it was not possible to leave. This is the free will of each person, just as you have freely chosen to take advantage of the late check out. That’s why your review really surprised us. Anyway, thank you for your review.
