Alojamiento impersonal con mal servicio

Hotel con buena instalación pero un servicio que deja mucho que desear. En la recepción nunca hay nadie. A nuestra llegada, esperamos 1h10 a que viniesen a recibirnos, cuando nos habían dicho que llegaban en 10min. El desayuno es muy simple y se sirve en la habitación (no hay mesas ni zona común como se aprecia en las fotos). El desayuno lo hacen en una cafetería y el chico viene a dejarlo a la hora que se pida. Salvo que a cada vez que viene a dejar un desayuno, llama al timbre y estás obligado de despertarte, aún que tuvieses pensado despertarte una hora más tarde. Deberían de dejarle las llaves. La TV no funcionaba y nos dijeron que comprarían el mando a distancia adecuado. En toda nuestra estancia (5 noches), no se molestaron en hacerlo.

Tutto ok

La struttura è ben posizionata rispetto alle mete di rilievo turistico. La gestione è attenta, cordiale, sollecita. Abbiamo trovato molto pulita la stanza (una familiare 4 posti con un bagno nuovo e doccia molto spaziosa) e in generale tutti gli spazi. La nuova gestione, nella persona di Alessia, ha fatto il resto, con le tante "dritte" dateci sui luoghi da visitare e gli spostamenti, e con l'approccio fattivo, empatico, sorridente. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo, anche in ragione della vantaggiosa convenzione che il B&B ha con il vicino Garage Morelli (Abbiamo pagato 45 Euro per quasi tre giorni e mezzo), dove si può anche visitare il Tunnel Borbonico. Colazione in camera con bollitore per il thè e prodotti confezionati ma di qualità e buonissimo caffè espresso alla reception.

Ottima struttura in posizione splendida

Struttura a gestione familiare. Facile raggiungere il b&b dall'aeroporto Capodichino tramite Alibus (4€) fino alla Stazione (Garibaldi) e poi linea 2 metro (1,30€) fermata Amedeo. 5 minuti a piedi e si arriva. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario che ci attendeva e ci ha accompagnati. Camera molto ampia e comoda. Dotata di bagno e phon e aria condizionata. Colazione ottima e varia servita dalla padrona di casa. In 12 minuti si raggiunge piazza Plebiscito (noi abbiamo camminato molto e raggiunto tutti i punti di nostro interesse a piedi). Viaggiavamo con un bimbo di 9 mesi che è stato molto coccolato.

Mysigt bed & breakfast i vackert område

Mysigt bed & breakfast mitt i det vackra Chiaia. Nära till shopping, restauranger och den fantastiska strandpromenaden. Rummet var stort och i gott skick, städat varje dag. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig men var bara på plats under frukosten. Frukosten bestod av kaffe croissant och kex med marmelad och choklad samt mjölk och cornflakes.
