A really nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Unfortunately no Air conditioning, no refreshments (kettle with tea or coffee) and no security latch on the back of the room door. It's a good location close to the airport but 30 minutes walk to the edge of the city centre.
Stayed here for on night before a flight. Ten minutes drive from the airport so ideal for late arrivals/early departures. It's clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful - they also speak English extremely well. The area isn't the nicest however we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel - it doesn't look like it should be here, it has a lovely little courtyard type area at the front. Parking is secure and we paid ten euros for the night. Not a lot going on near the hotel however if you need food, turn right out of the hotel and walk for 2 mins to a restaurant (/bakery/shop/bar, they seem to do everything!) called Cruise. Probably the best pizza we had in Italy, ridiculously cheap too! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Really clean and comfortable hotel close to the airport and 25 minutes walking distance from Napoli Centrale train station. The room was clean and comfortable and good value for what we paid. Staff were excellent very helpful, friendly and they speak English well. The breakfast is really nice with coffee of your choice-I really enjoyed Espresso Napoletano.
Our hotel fell through at some ungodly hour but managed to stay here at very short notice for one night. All was well but I think we were taken off to staff accommodation as we came out of the hotel, underground into a room which had 4 beds and was marked 'private' rather than a room number! This became apparent again at breakfast when asked for a room number and we didn't have one. The room however was fine, but no wifi as it was essentially in the basement. The staff were helpful however and breakfast was okay. I wouldn't stay again but at 2am in the morning we were happy to have a roof over our heads!
It is no frills but the rooms are clean and we had a very early flight back to USA so needed a place to crash (no pun intended). The desk clerk Zack was very kind and helpful. It was my first time actually staying in Naples (usually it's just to pass through rom airport to another destination) so asked him where is the best Naples pizza? He called a cab and 10 minutes later we arrived at this little brick oven pizza place. It was unbelievable and we would have never found it on our own. For this reason I am giving this hotel 4 stars - in terms of overall room it's modest but clean. Not a long term stay option.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Although it's located in the industrial area of the city that was a little unlovely, after all we enjoyed our staying there.
I booked to stay here for one night on my way to Sorrento. I wasn't sure what to expect as the reviews were mixed and having no real knowledge of Naples I wasn't sure the best area to stay in. My taxi drive dropped me off in a very residential area which was quiet but on a main road. I had a very abrupt welcome from the evening receptionist. He took my passport, gave me a room key and that was it! I asked if I could get my passport back and he said 'in the morning'! I had a clean and spacious room with a tv and overlooking the entrance courtyard. The next day I was getting the ferry to Sorrento so asked about the tram to the centre but was told I needed to get a bus (601) from outside the hotel. The receptionist to me to turn right out of the hotel and the stop was there. He also mentioned you could get a ticket there. Luckily a very nice man who didn't speak English and my Italian is very limited managed to communicate I needed to be on the other side of the road for the bus to the centre. I don't know where or how you buy a bus ticket as I never found this out so I ended up riding for free! I had read about the tram system but understand this is either stopped or being refurbished. Would I recommend this hotel? If you are a seasoned traveller and not bothered about staying somewhere out of the centre then yes! The rooms are clean and tidy plus the hotel itself is attractive.
Super nice hotel. Rooms were big and clean. The breakfast is good. You can order any type of coffee that is made by the staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the airport and tram 1 (stops in front of hotel) will take you for 1 euro to the citycentre.
First of all, other than being very convenient to the airport, this hotel is in an awful location, very run down area which is saying a lot in Naples. The rooms, while clean are very worn. Bedspread had what looked to be burn holes and was thin. The colors are drab and depressing and the showers are tiny. Staff was ambivalent to my needs.
Hotel is close to the airport and although not in the centre of the city we found the tram easy and fun to use. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Fort the price, it was good value. Also handy for Garabaldi train station for heading out to Pompeii and Sorrento.
