Welcome to The Park Villa, a serene private retreat in the heart of Naples. Nestled among nature, this peaceful haven features a brand-new pool and is just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful beaches and vibrant downtown Naples, with its top restaurants and shops. Situated next to a regional park with the largest freshwater lake in Collier County, enjoy stunning views of the park and spot local wildlife like iguanas and tropical birds from your backyard.

The Master Suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, and chaise lounge, plus an en-suite bath with dual sinks and an oversized walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both have king beds and share a second bathroom with a tub. All linens and towels are luxury 100% cotton for your comfort.

The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and Ninja blender, perfect for preparing meals. The open-concept living area boasts a 65” smart TV and ample seating for everyone to enjoy. Outside, unwind in the brand-new pool with a lanai, or relax in the outdoor seating area under bistro lights and an overhead fan. There's also a gas grill for your BBQ needs!

We offer an additional queen air mattress, baby play yard, and feeding chair at no extra charge.
Street-legal golf carts are available for an additional fee with advance reservation. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are also provided for your convenience.

Our home is located within walking distance to Sugden Park, local restaurants, and a grocery store. Keyless entry ensures a hassle-free stay, and we expect our guests to treat the home with care, leaving it in broom-swept condition. Families with children should supervise around the pool and canal access; pool has children safety fence.

No extra person fees, but please specify the number of guests so we can accommodate everyone comfortably. Smoking is permitted on the lanai, with a $500 penalty for smoking indoors. Enjoy a truly relaxing and memorable stay at The Park Villa!

We loved the house. The kids enjoyed the pool! The hose was always very responsive. It was clean and came with all the things which was so nice because we have stayed at other locations and didn’t have necessities, like all the soaps, hand, body, laundry. Ample beach and body towels for shower which was also so wonderful! They had a cooler, sand toys, an umbrella and chairs. These things were definitely a bonus! If we come back to Naples we’d love to stay here again!

This was my third stay here and I am already looking forward to the next one. The house is always fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and the kind of place where you can settle in and truly relax. The newly added pool was an awesome addition and made the stay even better. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming and the location makes it very easy to get to great restaurants, shopping, and plenty of activities. 2nd Visit

This was my second time staying here and I do plan to return again. The house is great and everything was just as I remember with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and many other activities.

Clean Nice House

This was a super clean delightful house. Wonderful communication with the owners, who helped us out when we had to stay a few extra days due to the hurricane. Very grateful for this great home and our 2 dogs loved it. Nice little screened-in patio as well. thank you!

I wish I could stay longer!

My husband, 2 sons, 3 dogs and I wanted a little weekend getaway for my husband's 40th birthday. This house was so perfect! It was clean, spacious, updated, and close to everything. The yard was extremely dog friendly and my sons were most comfortable. I hope we get to stay there again in the future.

We had two families (each with two adults and two kids) comfortably stay at this house for two nights. It’s a great house and the yard area is awesome. Worth noting that I agree with another reviewer that the neighborhood and immediate surrounding area is not on par with the house, but we enjoyed our stay regardless.

The house was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to downtown Naples and Marco Island. Upon arriving at the house we were impressed with how clean and orderly it was. The house offered many great features. The shower in the main bathroom was amazing and the screened in back porch made for a great place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail while listening to some jazz. The near by park was a great place to walk with our golden retriever. We will definitely be staying here again.

US Open Pickleball Tournament

This location was absolutely perfect. We were only 1.3 miles away from the US Open event we came to attended. Having the bikes there was great. It allowed flexibility and convenience for some to ride and drive. Just a few minor things that might help the next guest listed below. * Wall Mirrors in both the back Bedrooms * Nightstand next to bed in back bedroom * More hangers for week long stay * Small Dresser placed in closets in both back bedroom for small clothing items. * Bike pump in Garage for bike tires * Night lights for Kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful Getaway

Deividas and Monika have thought of everything when it comes to providing not only a beautiful space, but also one with all the amenities. They have thought of everything! The beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were perfect as we were traveling via a plane. Monika's communication was quick when we had questions. Hidden Gem

Very clean, open floor plan with lanai that backed up to a park. Neighborhood was quiet with little traffic. We took daily walks on the mile and a half walking trail that the property backed up to. Very enjoyable stay.

Good place for a family stay

We loved our stay here. Very friendly host and property is as described. Kids will love the trampoline (be wary of the mosquitoes though - a Florida thing). Close to Publix and a few restaurants. House is well maintained and you have access to free chairs, umbrella and bikes. We will come back if in the area again.
