This property was ok. The first night, there was an emergency light that would not turn off in the room and would not let us sleep. The second night I requested more pillows (there was only one 1 per bed), and I was not able to get any. The room itself was modern with AC, but the building that it was in was questionable.

Great Location

Bovio’s secret Gem !

This was simply a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location . Be Italian staff were so friendly and helpful . The apartment is high spec and spotless . The building is really beautiful and very safe . The local area has beautiful cafes, restaurants and bars. The staff and locals very friendly . You are a stones through from the port and a ten minute walk to beautiful shopping streets and sights . It really is an incredible gem , waiting to be discovered , we are thrilled to recommend here to all and anyone . My husband uses a mobility scooter . This was no problem , the lifts were great and people couldn’t be more helpful . We forgot to take pictures of the building , and I know my description is not doing it’s besutiful architecture proper justice , so maybe you could put a few more pictures up on your sight . Thank you so so much for an amazing trip , we will definitely be back . Imogen and Ken stirling Ireland

Disappointing stay

This is not a hotel, it is rooms an ugly building. The room itself is nice, although the AC was not working and the shower did not get hot water.... the location is good... would I stay again??? Absolutely not.

Great B&B in amazing location in Naples

The Bovio Flats were great. The rooms are new and tidy. Location is AMAZING - on a big and main street (in Naples it's importent for your own safety feeling) , accssesiable by Metro and in a 10 minutes of walking from the Historic Center and the area of the Royal Palace, Gallery, etc. One thing was strange; we had to pay additional 15 euros for "cleaning fee" that I can't remember that was mentioned in the website when we reserved the room.

Great location but a few let-downs

Great location, very close to the metro and buses. The flat has been newly refurbished and was very clean, unfortunately it is also rather damp and smells of mould. There is an aircon unit which can also be used as a heater, although we couldn't get it to work (that might be due to our inexperience with the machine). Be aware that the host charges a one-off cleaning fee of 25 Eur + 1.5 Eur per person per night of city tax. These additional charges are hidden in the T&Cs of the advert and were to us totally unexpected.

悪くはないがとにかくチェックインがしづらいホテル

室内は清潔ですが、湿気が溜まりやすいです。一番困ったのは、チェックインが非常に困難です。まず、建物に書かれたテナント一覧からこのホテルの名前を見つけてインターホンを押します。スタッフが対応してくれますが日によってはスタッフが1人しかいない中、系列の宿泊施設が4つあり、それを1人で対応されているので到着時間について何回も連絡を取らなければなりません。チェックイン後は特に問題はなかったです。
似たような建物がいくつかありますが、ホテルの名前が入り口に書いてあります。

La posizione è ottima per vedere Napoli lo consiglio. Attenzione che non essendoci una reception bisogna avvisare prima di arrivare.Unico neo che non c'è la colazione e nemmeno una convenzione con qualche caffetteria nella vicinanza, o forse non sono stato avvisato.

Left early

The pictures look like a pretty acceptable place but it was quite uncomfortable. The bed and pillows were hard as wood. Impossible to sleep. As well as extremely noisy. I literally had to check if the windows were closed properly because of the amount of noise from the street. There is no lobby or anything like that so if you don't let them know 24 hours before at what time you'll arrive there will be no one there. Kind of difficult if you don't want to plan every little detail of your trip beforehand. 100% wound NOT recommend.

Meglio evitare

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto basso. Al costo della camera va aggiunto il costo per le pulizie 25 euro! e la camera viene pulita solo dopo il soggiorno! Due soli asciugamani per due persone per 3 notti di soggiorno. Camera molto rumorosa in quanto i vetri delle finestre non sono adeguati. Ma soprattutto:!!! L'acqua calda è mancata sempre...nonostante avessimo avvisato il responsabile sin dal primo giorno....ci è stato detto che era un problema di pressione idrica....beh... io sono un cliente... non un idraulico!
