Although the rooms at Agra Suites were pleasant, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The arranged transfer was late, and the driver seemed unsure of the destination. On arrival at night, we discovered there was no elevator and had to carry heavy suitcases up two or three very steep flights of stairs. Only one staff member was present, and while she kindly helped us, she left at 10:00 pm, leaving the property completely unattended until the next day. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

Nice place, but limited staff support

The hotel itself is wonderful and the location is top notch. There were just 2 or 3 small things that could have been better. Some of the staff, while extermely helpful and nice did not speak english requiring me to translate questions with an app on my phone. It's also worth noting that there is no after-hours support - at one point my key stopped working, and calling the number for the hotel just rang the phone in the reception where I was standing. Had I not had a second key I would have been stuck there for the night! Also the shower had terrible water pressure and was often not able to produce hot water. After a long day in Naples when all you want is a good shower this was very disappointing. The breakfast at a nearby cafe was always nice and if the shower was better I would probably stay here again.

Very convenient location, excellent shopping & food very close by. Just an important thing to note-there are a lot of stairs & no elevator. Biagio is very helpful & pleasant, and we would stay again except without an elderly person who has trouble walking up stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Agra Suites. Biagio and the staff are incredibly friendly and available. Room was spacious, comfy and really clean. Perfectly located in Chiaia we were able to enjoy one of Napoli's finest neighbourhoods. We are looking forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommended.

Very spacious clean room. We enjoyed the bathtub. What made the stay memorable is all the help Biagio gave us. From before we arrived, he helped us plan our stay. He goes above & beyond to make your stay comfortable. Definitely recommend!
