Stocked with everything you’d need. Spacious and was represented accurately online. Stayed during the week in June and the neighborhood was very quiet. One set of sheets needed washed (bed was made, but may not have been used in awhile so has a minor smell and debris), pans for cooking could be updated (Teflon scratched and flaking), and had a plumbing clog issue in the primary shower that was resolved within 2 hours and required nothing more than a text from me (could happen to any house so not reflective on this location). Pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Nice layout and the house was kept up well with intuitive design features for a rental. Host was very easy to work with. Would easily stay again!

This property is exactly as pictured and listed. Its bright, airy and has plenty of seating inside and out for a full house. The location is ideal - close to the public beach access, grocery stores, restaurants and walking/running paths. Had a few minor hiccups during our stay which the host promptly addressed. Our family would 100% stay here again.

Truely My “Happy Place”

Our family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children (2 and 5), spent a wonderful week at Happy Place in March. Happy Place was amazing! The house was so very comfortable with everything our family needed to have a great vacation. We loved the main living area of the house and screened patio. The pool was amazing, heated and clean, and the pool deck was such a great place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. We had all the amenities of home, plus more. We especially loved all the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, bikes and coolers. We used them for all our beach trips to Vanderbilt Beach, Lowdermilk Beach and Bowman’s Beach. The house was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to experience in SW Florida. Shout out to Jennifer, our host, she was great to work with! From the beaches of Sanibel Island, experiencing the Everglades airboats, a dolphin tour on Marco Island to visiting the wonderful beaches in Naples we had the perfect Florida vacation!

Property Manager was very friendly and attentive. Home is in great condition and lots of activities for family. Board games, bikes, corn holes, beach chairs, and the pool. We had rainy weather and didn't get to utilize the pool. Short walk to the beach. Great home and very spacious.

This is definitely the happy place. It is a gorgeous house. Superbly decorated, fabulous layout, and feels bigger as so spacious. Kitchen has everything you need and more, the grill is perfect and don’t start me on the outdoor, covered porch area for dining outside. We made such good use. Couch was comfy for relaxing and watching some tv. The master bedroom was beautiful and you cannot beat having the sliding door open to the pool area. Magnificent. The house came with plenty of towels, and fully equipped pool toys etc. note, have to look around the side of the house for a treasure trove. We spent most of our time swimming, lounging by the pool, grilling and more swimming (if you can call floating around with the noodles etc.). We didn’t go to be beach, we live near beach so this was just a get away to relax and unwind, and we have never been to Naples. The beach is a bit of a walk, or short drive. If you plan to eat out there seem to be some good spots within driving distance, but we literally grilled every day. Cannot recommend this house more.

The management company was outstanding from the time we reserved the place till we left. They got us checking info right away and answered any and all questions. Their communication was great! The property was fantastic everything and more than the description said. The house is very nice! Its decorated very nice has nice furniture and bedding. The entire property was very clean! Its the cleanest vbro we have ever stayed in. It was nice to have all the extra things. Bikes, beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. It had everything you need to go to the beach. Most importantly the management company was so good at communicating with us. Jennifer was outstanding. We will definitely look for their properties only in the future. Thank you very much Jennifer

Naples Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the beach. It was a perfect location and great with bikes, beach chairs and a splash pool. We relaxed at the pool most days since the beaches were still closed nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped and beds comfortable plus lots of room to spread out. Morning bike rides were super fun. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Naples Park. The house was perfectly accommodating for our family of 5 along with our nanny. Easy walk to the beach (12 minutes or so?), we loved the beach cruiser bikes, and the pool in the backyard was perfection for my kids. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Naples in the future!

Great location, close to Vanderbilt beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. House was immaculate…..just as described. We’ll stocked kitchen and nice pool area. One small issue not under the control of the property manager….had to skim the pool several times a day whenever there was any wind, due to the neighbors trees dropping leaves everywhere. Would love to stay here again!

Girl trip loved the 3 bedroom, 3 bath! Very nice and clean house! Loved the pool, Bikes, and close to beach location in quiet neighborhood. Haley was awesome and stopped by at our request, wonderful to meet her and she was very attentive to our needs!!!
