The house had nice details and staff was very accommodating

I wish i had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately i had a family emergency and they would not reschedule my stay. Poor service.

The Lady that runs this inn is as nice as she can possibly be, however the property is very run down and the room was not as clean as we expected it to be. If you try to shower in the Allegria Room and you are over 5 feet tall you will bump your head. Way overpriced at $340 for 1 night of being very uncomfortable.

A Very relaxed night at the property. Wine and cheese treat was exceptional. Amvic greeted us with very friendly welcome. (Thank You Amvic) The rooms were very clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Loved our stay here. We all want to make another trip here soon. I find a secret of Napa.

Stayed in the Crush Pad, located outside of the main house and in the Merlot House. Second bedroom was noisy and the cleaning product smell was difficult to air out. The room was clean nonetheless and service was excellent. Check-in/out was fairly easy, breakfast was good.

Awesome house, awesome breakfast, awesome staff and comfortable housing.

Quick and easy check in and check out Great friendly staff led by innkeeper Chris Had a fantastic stay Can’t wait to go back

Hotel staff was exemplary! Chris was very kind and helpful, considering we arrived late. He even placed a lovely tray of brownies and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. The house itself is lovely and full of authentic, interesting pieces. That being said, the condition of the building could use some improvement. Our bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and plenty of pillows. There was a claw foot tub in our bath, however, there was no plug available and it was too late to ask the hotel staff. Didnt want to bother him so late. A nice soak in the clawfoot would have topped off my night. Our room could use a chair as well. Breakfast was very good, was told it was an English breakfast. It really wasn't. It was definitely an American breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, fried potatoes and orange juice. The addition of beans that tasted exactly like Bushes baked beans in a can does not make it an English breakfast. It was still very tasty, we enjoyed it. French press coffee was fantastic! Would have loved to stay extra nights and will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you Chris and our morning staff gentleman on the morning of July 3rd. You young men are a credit to this establishment!

We arrived a bit early but no one was at the desk. Door was locked. We came back at 3 and they gave us our key told us about wine reception at a different hotel. Never told us what time breakfast was served. There is no info in the room. In the morning we had no idea. We went down and there was another couple sitting there. The breakfast was meager. My husband is diabetic and this meal was full of carbs so not good for him. It wasn't very friendly B&B. The location was on the outskirt of downtown. The room was clean so it was fine for our one night stay. It was just ok.

I got concerned about this place after reading the *recent reviews* after booking. It seems recent months have gone downhill from the historic trend of reviews. However, we had a very pleasant stay. We stayed in the Crush Pad and it was quite spacious, cozy, and clean. It has a closet separating two adjoining rooms and a door that separates the segments of the rooms - which have 2 televisions. We stayed during off peak times, so I cannot speak to what it is like during normal tourism, as I was visiting my in-laws during the holidays. CLEAN, COZY, NICE ROOM, Coffee Machine in lobby 24/7.

This was my first B&B stay and now I'm hooked! The room was very comfortable. We stayed in Above the Clouds and I loved the two king sized beds! Breakfast was fantastic. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night but that is all we had time for. Would stay here again.
