Staff is very polite and professional. Accommodations always excellent. This was my third time to Wauwinet. We definitely will go back.
Lovely hotel and beautiful grounds. We were put in a King Suite on the first floor (Room 102) at a nightly cost of $700. The room furnishings were very nice but the room had a terrible musty and mildew odor. It was overpowering. When we complained, Management seemed to know that this room was known for this smell and did not express surprise. We were not offered the opportunity to change rooms, despite a number of vacancies. Extremely disappointing experience with a Relais and Châteaux property.
