This quaint cottage is located in the heart of the historic district on Main Street in Nantucket, covered with roses and beautiful flowers it is the perfect getaway. Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. Home includes central air conditioning & heat, front living room, eat-in kitchen, private side patio with teak furniture, gas grill, washer & dryer on premises, 1 off street parking spot. Only a 5 minute walk to downtown. Also, flat screen TV and high speed internet. The house has the option to also rent out a renovated 2 bedroom & 1 bath guest cottage on the property based on availability. (With the cottage the property can accommodate up to 12 guests)

Great Nantucket rental

We were thrilled to arrive at our property with everything as pictured but actually more charming in person. It is easily walkable to town and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to stay on Nantucket.

Lovely and beautiful!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this lovely home for Thanksgiving week. It’s close to town and in a great location. It was clean, beautifully appointed and comfortable, even with a great library of novels and books about Nantucket! The host was a prompt and positive communicator. Overall, it was an excellent stay! I’d recommend this VRBO to anyone!

Wedding weekend

Very comfortable home, in a perfect location to attend the wedding of a close friend. 6 adults in the, able to walk to all the events. Peter, the host very gracious, allowing us not only an early check in, but also a later check out. Thank you Peter, we had a wonderful weekend.

My many thanks to Peter who was a 5 star host during our trip to Nantucket. Appreciated his responsiveness during our extended stay, and his desire to make our stay the best it could be. While the beach is never far away, this is a great location for people who are looking to spend time in town shopping, at restaurants, and enjoying the offerings of town.

Perfect Getaway

The property was in a wonderful location that allowed my wife and I to walk to town, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was exceptionally clean, relaxing and had the perfect amount of Nantucket charm! Highly recommend for couples or families. There was plenty of room.

Love this house and location

This is our second year at this property and we already have plans to return next year. The house is in a great location to town. A very easy walk to the center of Main Street. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Peter is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Pictures of property much more pristine than reality. Towels, screens, living room furniture in need of attention. Washer broken upon arrival and not fixed during weeklong stay due to getting a specific part. Great location tho!

Perfect Cottage

My family of four plus a dog were very comfortable in this cottage. The cottage is beautiful and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is also well stocked. Location was great. We walked easily into town or rode bikes to various beaches. All in all this is a great rental property.

Amazing Nantucket Cottage

Our family really loved this cottage! It was more than enough room for 4 of us (3 adults and a 2 year old). The host was very easy to contact and super responsive. It was close to everything. I unfortunately had to work a bit while there and the internet was greater. It seemed faster than what I have at home. Overall, we had an amazing time and cannot wait to return.

Perfect weekend away

We booked Peter’s cottage for a girl’s weekend and we had such an incredible experience. The house is absolutely beautiful, updated, cozy, and impeccably clean. It has all the amenities you could ever need. It is in a great location, making it easily walkable to downtown. Peter was super helpful and very responsive, making sure all of our needs were met. When an approaching hurricane created dangerous travel conditions, we were offered alternative dates at no extra charge despite the agreed upon cancellation policy. It saved our 25th anniversary trip. They didn’t have to do it, we are so glad they did!
