My stay at the Ritz Carlton Nanjing was very nice. The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. There was some wear and tear in my hotel suite which was kinda surprising to me. I would think they would replace or fix the furniture in the rooms that were worn. My room was nicely decorated for my birthday with a small cake and rose petals. There was also a nicely written card. The food and drinks in the Executive Lounge were deliciously. Especially the lamb chops that were freshly prepared. My main disappointment was not being able to have breakfast in the main dining area due to it being full and I had to go have breakfast in the Executive Lounge where the breakfast items are very limited.

Excellent location. You can walk into the Mall and the undergound MTR without going outside. Very accessable to all main attractions. Best Cantonese restaurant in the hotel. Lots to eat in the Mall or the underground. Unbeatable location. The hotel itself is Ritz. Not need to say anymore.

Greatest Hotel Ever

I have stayed here many times and they always exceed my expectations. Lily in the club is absolutely amazing always providing excellent service. George in housekeeping is also fantastic! The hotel is great but it is the ladies and gentlemen who work here that make every stay perfect.

Good hotel

The hotel is at the high end and busiest commercial area of Nanjing, parking is in a huge underground mall parking with no indication for access to hotelโ€ฆ All kinds of stores and restaurants around. Not far from major historical sites. Room isnโ€™t very spacious, but super clean and well equipped. Iโ€™ve found the whole decoration a little dark. Great breakfast.
