we stayed feb 2018..chinese new year. got my room on the 34 floor..stayed with my 2 kids ages 18 and 11..king bed size 1.8..the room itself is good for a commoner like me.free sauna, spa, gym and swimming pool,so we took advantage of that during our stay..from meto station Hanzhongmen to the hotel maybe 100m and along the way, pass a kfc, drugstore,a big grocery just beside the hotel.acceccible all the tourist attraction by metro subway station..just need to see the map and plan your tour very well,..wifi is strong in our room
I stayed at this hotel between 11/14 - 11/17 and the experience doesn’t quite uphold to what I expected. The room I stayed in has a backdated interior with very poor WiFi connection starting from the second day. After notifying the front desk, they claim their WiFi isn’t the problem, and saying my devices are the issue. My iPhone X, iPad, and MacBook are all latest model device, and couldn’t access their internet portal after restarting multiple times. I ended up using my own portable WiFi router plugged into their Ethernet cable for internet. The experience though not terrible, but it was poor, not only to Sheraton’s standard, but other hotels that are cheaper and newer in China.
Used only for one night. It's impressive in terms of dimension. If you will use the lift versus the external side you can see the view of the city thanks to glass lift. In line with standards of the channel. My room was with all you can need. If I'll come back again in Nanjing, I use this hotel.
1 night as part of quick visit to Nanjing. Kindly greeted but English a bit on the low side. I was offered the suite as being a platinum SPG member. Very large suite but slightly dated, nice views. Some fruit was delivered and all felt good. I woke up after an hours sleep and the room was very cold - I had turned on the heat or at least so I thought. However heat did not work - so I finally settled for additional large towels to keep warm. Probably not often used and with 11 degrees Celsius room with large windows turned quite cold. Breakfast was nice and then I checked out.
The only thing positive about this hotel is its friendly staff. The hotel badly needs renovation. The curtain needs good cleaning and the air circulation in the common areas and hallways is bad. Executive Lounge does not even open for breakfast.
The hotel staff was so great, provided very good and attentive services. The facilities was good and the room was clean and neat . My requests was met so we were very happy the room we had. Everyone was smiling and made me feel so warm. I will definitely stay here again when come back to Nanjing.
This is my first time stay in Sheraton nanjing kingsley hotel & towers. The hotel is in the city center of nanjing. The staff is very nice and view is very good.I think I'll back again for my next trip.
Stayed in this hotel for 5 days, service staff is excellent. They are responsive and accommodating. Room is very spacious but very old. The whole hotel needs to be refurbished badly. Hotel is not near to train station or major shopping Malls, not much entertainment or interesting F&B near to it.
I haven't even been here for a few hours (on the 26th Floor) after check in and I already have had five negative experiences, four of which the hotel needs to fix immediately. 1. I tried to order room service. Every time I attempted to order something and have it confirmed, the hotel called me back to let me know they were out of what I asked for. This happened three times. The only redeeming aspect of this point is that when they finally confirmed my order, they made it free. Good service, but how is that you do not have 3/4 of the items on the menu? 2. I opened the minibar to check on the items, The biscuits expired in November 2016 and the potato chips expired February 18 of this year. Glad I checked before I even thought of eating them. 3. The air conditioning for the room is substandard. I have it between 15-20C and it is barely 25C in here, probably 26. 4. Rather than tell me at the front desk (or at least give me notice at the front desk) I came upstairs to be told that the water is going to be off for this hotel between midnight and 6 a.m. This is something that should have been disclosed at the time of check in, not as a surprise memo in my room. 5. Finally, I had a colleague book this hotel for me. Becuase they booked on a 3rd party site, I was told I cannot get SPG points. That's all well and good, but if the hotel was any good at their business, they would have offered me to accumulate points for a higher room rate. This is not as much of an issue, but something the hotel should consider offering at check in. I am a loyal SPG member. I almost always seek out Starwood properties wherever I travel. I have to say with almost 100% surety that I will give this hotel a pass the next time I am in Nanjing. See the pics below for minibar items
Very nice hotel, very nice and clean open areas. Staff is very professional and welcoming. The room was great with all things needed for a nights stay. I will definitly consider this hotel for next stay in Nanjing.
