Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. Staff is awesome and very cooperative. Breakfast is basic, but good. We recommend this hotel to anyone. Very safe and comment for everything. We will definitely come back again.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. They made me feel very welcome. There are many security measures to ensure guest safety. The cleanliness is also very good. The breakfast has many options for all tastes. The Indian resturant is also very lovely with a fantastic view. Robinson and Joseph where very nice as well!
