The hotel is perfectly located near the airport and the expressway. The building itself ticks all the boxes, but with anything the build quality and finish could always be better. I would stay again.

Overall good place to stay near the airport and I will stay again. One issue I had is that I paid online and received an email from the hotel saying that the full amount was yet to be paid. I emailed to clarify but had no response....They need to improve their communication.

I've stayed here on numerous occasions and it's always 5 stars from me but this time it wasn't as good. They were painting 2 floors below and the smell of paint thinners was overpowering. They should have had more ventilation on the floors before. Also they give tea bags, coffee etc in the room but no milk. Every time I've stayed I ask for a very small amount of milk to have with my tea in the room as none is provided. Every other time it was given without question but this time they wanted me to buy a full carton of milk to use only a tiny amount. I had to call the supervisor and eventually they gave me but they were virtually calling me a liar by insisting you always have to buy milk. I was very upset with their attitude. This was my 10th time staying here and felt I deserved more respect over such a small request
