Habitación perfecta, sentí algo de frio pero lo solucione doblando el edredon. El staff bastante amable, me ayudaron con el envio de mi equipaje, a pesar de mi nulo japones con ayuda de un traductor me ayudaron a conel tema (lo aprecio mucho ya que a pesar de saber frases basicas, para estos casos se requiere de una mayor fluidez del idioma, por lo que aprecio muchisimo la ayuda que me dieron). El hotel da la opcion de escoger otra almohada si se desea y los amenities que se requieran en el lobby del hotel. Esta muy bien ubicado, en solo 5 minutos llegas a la estación, bastante conveniente. En general muy buena experiencia.

The staff were excellent. They let us drop our bags early and had us checked in so we didn’t need to do anything when we arrived after the actual check-in time. I would just advise that the refrigerator in our room wasn’t very strong so if cold drinks are important to you, you may just prefer to walk down the block to a convenience store instead of storing in your room. Also, you are close to the station and that does come with some noise. Insanely convenient though.

Room is clean and it's facility is relatively new. Bath tab is deep enough, considering it is a business hotel. Room is not so wide. only a bed a desk, and a space between them. Breakfast is provided in Yoshinoya, a beef bowl chain, at the entrance of this hotel. Wifi is not fast enough for a remote conference, and VPN. Staff is part time worker, maybe students. You cannot expect the dealing like the privileges.

Great location, it is located right across from the Nagoya JR station, the BIC camera is on the same block, many esteries inside the JR station. The twin beds room we stayed in is very spacious, will stay again if we travel to Nagoya.
