The check-in and check-out process was swift, and the staff member who assisted us was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions. The hotel's location is perfect, being conveniently near the train station. My only issue was with the WiFi; it was quite unstable and slow. Although the hotel informed us that we could select any WiFi hotspot, not just the one in our room, this made it challenging to find a reliable connection. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a one night stay that was close to the railway / bus station. The room and breakfast were great. I will stay here again on my next Tokyo visit.

Very convenient for the station. We arrived with a lot of luggage so was offered an upgrade to a larger room for £10 per night, which we took. Glad we did as room was still compact but did what we needed for two nights. We were able to send a couple of our bags onto the next hotel using Black Cat. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging this for us.

The hotel location is very convenient with a family mart next to it and the donki just a street away! As for carpark, park newr the open space carpark nearby where hotel will help to issue an overnight parking coupon cheaper than the usual.

The room is reasonable for three persons. We have been to smaller rooms. Nice for Japan rooms. Very convenient and walkable to shops, cafes and Nagano station.

Excellent location just directly opposite JR station. Lots of shops & dining. Hotel is modern. Rooms are comfortable & clean but quite small. Staff is nice, some speaks English.
