Conveniently located by Nagano Station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Storage lockers available before check in and after check out. They offer a free donut on check in. Prepaid breakfast had a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 6th floor overlooking the street. You pick your own amenities downstairs.

Handy to the station and great, friendly service.

The staff were very friendly and helped with the automated check in. There are lots of extras provided including a free soft drink every day, choice of extra pillows and donuts. The rooms are very small for two people but there is a big tv and a small lounge and fridge. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

We liked that it was close to Nagano Station and that we didn’t hear any traffic noise despite it being close to transportation hub. Staff was friendly and hotel room was clean. Will stay there again.

The New Nagano Hotel is very close to JR Nagano Station making it easy to plan for further exploratory trips using JR Pass and local bus tours etc from the JR Station. There are some wonderful restaurants in the immediate vicinity (especially if one is a seafood lover). Hotel well presented, clean, with efficient staff (the norm in Japan) who were friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to help me where necessary.

La cama y las almohadas son demasiado duras, y lo que uno busca cuando está de vacaciones es reponerse en la noche y no lo logramos. 客室は広くて清潔で、アメニティも充実してました。フロント近くにあり、必要な物を持っていくスタイル。ただ1つ残念だったのが、朝食のハンバーガーが注文したのと違うのが入っていました。ブッフェも沢山あったので、ハンバーガーは部屋に持ち帰り、確認するのが遅くなってしまっていたし、チェックアウト時間も迫っていたので交換を諦めましたが、ハンバーガー店の店員の接客態度も良くなかったです‥。ホテルスタッフの方の対応は丁寧でした。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
