Nice property and very attentive staff, but rooms are a bit dated, especially bathrooms.
The hotel asked for my arrival information two days prior and I told them I would arrive at 5:30 am. They confirmed the information. Upon arrival, i was told no room was ready for me. I finally checked into a room at approximately noon. While waiting, i was told i could to showers at the adult pool to change clothes. For the first four days, i did not have hot water in the shower. I complained to the front desk twice a day until it was fixed. For my departure, my flight left at 9:40pm and my shuttle, arranged via the hotel service, was to depart at 6:15pm. I asked to a late checkout and was told noon was the latest. When asked again, Ora said 2pm and anything after that i would be charged $25 per hour. I advised i was a Bonvoy member, had stayed at the property for eight nights and spent over $2,200 during my stay, in addition to paying for my room, they called and got approval for me to stay in my room until 5pm. There was no other place in the hotel that was air conditioned. What a joke!
The property was very nice but had no beach. I was really looking forward to a nice beach and beautiful clear water. Very close and easy walk to the port. The staff were very helpful and friendly but had to ask to have my room cleaned a few times.
The housekeeping service is not good. Towels are missing every day. Linen wasn't changed when requested. Adult and little ones Bitten by bed bug.
Great location; very friendly staff. Most even remembered all of the names of our entire group.
We went for our special wedding anniversary. We arrived on an overnight flight which got us to the hotel by breakfast time. We were welcomed with smiles and warmth of the employees that took our bags and showed us around and pointed us in the direction of showers near the gym and spa. They had a room ready very quickly for us on the first floor. We went to the first floor and decided we really wanted the second floor with the balcony over looking the ocean. They made it happen. Prya was in charge and she made sure we were taken care of. She met with us and was very professional and caring. We were thrilled with the second floor balcony and room. Daily the room was cleaned, Fiji waters were replaced and also coffee, which they had a french press so we could make coffee in the room every morning. This place is amazing from staff to facility, pools, restaurants. The food was amazing every day! Dan at the front greeted us daily with a big smile and that really makes a difference! Thank you everyone, but a special thank you to Prya and Dan!
BULA. Hello my name is Terrence and my girlfriend Linnel and i spent 10 days at the Westin Hotel and we absolutely loved it. The staff at the Westin is the most attentive and friendly hotel staff i have ever encountered. The grounds were very well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. Any issue no matter how small we had was addressed immediately. We visited the other hotels on the property and the Westin is definitely the best option for adult couples. The breakfast buffet was excellent and always clean. The massage services were great. The only real thing i think the hotel can improve on is the quality of room service food and to expand the room service menu a little bit. Fiji was awesome and the best part of the whole experience was the Westin staff. I cried when they song the goodbye song because i didn't want to leave. BULA

Decent hotel but the water right next to it is murky and not fun to swim in. They don't have water sport amenities that are easily accessible. Their drinks are overpriced. The rooms are kept very clean and they are nice but our tub water was yellow when it came out. Best part about it was their breakfast and the fact that it was so close to the port.
Had an awesome time here. Rooms were big and clean..and I got a standard room. Nice big doors, a lot of sunshine inside the room if wanted, with excellent ammenities. The grounds were very clean and staff extremely helpful.
The staff is great and the hotel is well maintained, but the restaurants are mediocre, and the hotel and rooms are a bit dated. Denarau is also quite expensive and a bit boring, too. A good vacation, but other places might be better....
