Pets were welcomed, rooms were clean, no breakfast! The lady at he desk when we arrived on March 20th was a delight! So personal and helpful. On Sunday morning, the coffee hot was empty before 9:30 and there were so many guests that never got any coffee. The receptionist could have cared less. She was too busy on her cell phone. Personally, I would have made sure there was coffee for everyone even if I needed to make another pot! 😢

Did a late check in. The receptionist was great. He really listen to me and help me with getting everything done. The room was hot though and although I ran the air all night it still was hot. The only thing that wasn't hot was the water when I wanted to take a shower.
