We have stayed at this house 2 times and will stay again if its available. The location is unbeatable. The remodel is well done and the house is clean. The hosts are very responsive and really this place has all you need for a weekend stay in Nac!

The house was perfect! The location was great - easy walking distance to food, night life, the farmer's market, and shopping. The beds were super comfy; everything was there that we needed, including a great porch to sit and drink coffee and chat. There was even coffee available! We would totally come back and stay here. 5 of 5 stars

We had a great stay at this property. It is in a great location which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us.One of the highlights was the large backyard, which was perfect for our dogs to run around. That alone made the stay feel much more comfortable. The listing was accurate and matched what we expected when we arrived, which is always reassuring. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy throughout the stay.Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay. We’d definitely consider booking here again.

We loved Christie and Kayla’s home! I traveled here for a weekend getaway with a couple of friends. We arrived to an extremely simple check-in process and a clean, well-stocked home. The location is absolutely unbeatable, and we barely got in a car all weekend. The area felt lively, but even on a holiday weekend, the neighborhood quieted down as the evening got later. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean home with easy access to everything downtown has to offer!

This home was just perfect for an overnight stay with my sister and friend. The communication with the property manager/owner was clear, accommodating, and prompt. We were able to check in early after a long drive and at the last minute, able to stay later so that we could rest a bit more before the long drive back. Could not ask for a better location. The restaurants and shops were just a short walk. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else traveling to NAC.

Great location! Convenient to campus and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to Fredonia Brewery in less than 5 minutes. The house was exactly as described and was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was huge with plenty of room for our dog to explore. We appreciated the crate, dog bed and treats available for our dog. This house is the best one we’ve stayed in during our visits to Nac! It is definitely at the top of our list for all future visits!

The house was adorable. It is evident that the hosts put effort in caring for and updating the property. A new sidewalk and driveway were apparent. The bathrooms had been renovated. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well stocked. The best thing was the location; we could walk to restaurants and shops. The only concern is that the stairs to the upstairs bedroom has no handrail and may be difficult to negotiate for some people.

We stayed here while visiting our son at SFA, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house is charming, spacious, close to campus, very clean and beautifully decorated. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, providing thoughtful touches like an extra air mattress and toiletries. We especially appreciated the fenced backyard and how welcoming the home was to our chocolate lab, he loved being part of the trip and felt right at home, too. :) The location is wonderful, within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Communication with the host was excellent; Christie was kind, responsive, and checked in throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to be repeat guests when we return to visit!
