This is a unique 33 acre private community. Once you're in these gates you'll have access to all the amenities and cool features that this amazing place has to offer. Hang out by one of the many pools, lazy river, or on the beautiful private beach. This place is 1 mile away from market commons, 3 miles away from the boardwalk, 5 miles away from Broadway at the beach, and 10 miles away from the famous marshwalk.
