ALWAYS A FAVORITE lodging selection for guests of THOMAS Beach Vacations, the three and four bedroom SAND TRAP VILLAS are spacious enough for several families to share. Only a few are available as seasonal rentals so be sure to reserve yours early! All have a wonderful view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The first-floor villas have easy beach access from their oceanfront porch and the third-floor villas have an extra large 25 foot balcony. Please note that an elevator is not available.

RELAX ON THE BEACHSIDE SUNDECK and have fun in the oceanfront pool. All villas have nicely equipped kitchens so you'll have the hard choice of dining in or going out to enjoy some of our wonderful area restaurants. The Sand Trap Villas each have free WIFI for your convenience and are non-smoking vacation accommodations. Trailers, motorcycles, golf carts and high-rise vans are not permitted.

TRADE YOUR SNOW SHOVEL for a sand wedge and enjoy a beachfront winter this year. Several Sand Trap Villas have attractive off-season monthly rates for extended stays November-March.

The listing says the condos on the first floor have direct access to the beach, which is true; however, if you are above that you have to go around the property to access the beach (which is fine because it is still on the beach). The parking was HORRIBLE. Someone was in one of the spaces and the other space assigned to me, the car in the next spot was on the line. I was driving my Yukon XL Denali, so a small space was NOT ideal. One of the owners was nice enough to allow me to use his extra space (located at the front of the property). The listing didn’t say the linen wasn’t included, so I paid extra to have linen (you could bring your own linen for free). I just wish that would have been listed. Also, the pool is really small. From the pictures in the listing, it looked great, but upon arrival, it was small (rectangular 3-8 feet deep). The unit itself was PERFECT! It was beautiful, comfortable and SPACIOUS!
