Spectacular 2 story 3-bedroom penthouse, waterfront home overlooking the inlet/marsh, Dunes Golf Course and a slight view of ocean. Just one block from the ocean/5 min walk. The home does not share connecting walls with any other unit. A wraparound, screened in balcony over looking nothing but water/marsh and a golf course.  Vaulted ceilings, wet bar, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, huge upstairs kids' room with arcade. Beautiful sunsets!
