Vienoula's Garden was the first stay of our two-week long honeymoon in Greece. We were greeted with a warm smile, lots of great info about Mykonos, and a couple drinks on the house from Dimitri. We can't stay enough great things about Dimitri - he was incredible, caring, thoughtful and very informative. He told us where to go for more off the beaten path beaches, where to rent an ATV, he called our taxi for us when we needed to get to the port, which saved us 10 EUROS or so, he drew on the map all of his favorite restaurants and pointed out the best spots around Mykonos town. Our room was clean, modern and looked brand new. Hotel service was great with coming in, cleaning, providing fresh towels and toiletries every day. The pool and pool area were pristine and very peaceful to sit back, relax, have a drink and book in hand. We'd recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a quiet room with amazing staff. Note - it is about a 15 minute walk to Mykonos town on a semi-busy street.
We had a great stay in Mykonos at this hotel. Room was good, very clean, had a lovely balcony, lovely pool area, the breakfast was nice, and they let us check in early when we got off the ferry, which was a bonus! A very short walk down hill to the main township. A bus stop very close by which goes into town or to the beaches. The hosts were absolutely fabulous! They were the ones which made our stay at the hotel so memorable. They were so friendly, and always willing to give us any suggestions about any activities or restaurants etc.. Thanks for having us Vienoula's Garden!! I hope we will be back one day 🙂
Really welcoming hosts who gave good advice on how to make the most of our stay.Nice pool to cool off in after a day out.One downside was the odd showers whose design made it hard to shower without soaking the bathroom, another was the lack of space between the end of the bed and the walls of the bedroom which made it hard to get around .In terms of location it was much easier to walk into town than back but the buses were fine
Although our fifth visit, these have to date been for only one night due to timings of connecting flights or ferries - but we always ask our tour operator to book us into Vienoula Gardens. We always receive a very warm welcome, and we can see the benefits of their customer care as the place has grown a little and there are more staff, surely a sign of a successful business. After a journey the swimming pool was welcome and also the complimentary towels, to save the unpacking of the suit case. Rooms are always very clean, good night sleep to be had, despite nearby road. If one does not wish to walk down into the "town" Dimiti and Filoti will always serve a fresh customer ordered pizza and salad or similar at a reasonable price - even a fresh takeaway baguette for the 'plane or ferry. Thank you for another enjoyable stay. Hopefully we will be able to return next year and this time see a little more of the island and for more than one night
This is simply the best hotel that we have stayed in, and we've stayed in both large, small, 5 star and 2 star previously. The reception we received was helpful, warm, genuine and informative. Dimitri, his wife and the whole team are so helpful and the hotel is a credit to them all. The room was spotless, cleaning thorough, and this included all public areas and the pool. The breakfast and snacks were limited but always fresh and delicious. The town is a very doable walk down the hill and absolutely comes alive at night. The restaurants can be expensive, so check them out before eating because good quality can also be affordable. The shops are very "designer" and clearly geared mainly towards the cruise ships that stop off here. We only stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be returning next year for longer.
This is the first time that I have been to Mykonos and have to say I can't wait to return. The hotel is beautiful quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel staff are very friendly and always on hand to help. Even though this was my first trip here it felt I like I was coming home when I arrived. The only down side of Mykonos is that things are very expensive here so bring plenty of money.
Absolutely loved my stay. The stuff are beautiful and genuine people. When you arrive they make you feel very welcome and will go out of their way to help. Very clean rooms and breakfast is so fresh with different sweets baked daily.
Stayed here for one night and wished had booked for longer. Good value convenient location. Nice pool.good breakfast. Owners kind enough to run us to the airport when we couldn't get a taxi. There is a bus service a couple of times a day that drops close to the hotel. 15 minute walk into town down a busy road so care needed.
We stayed at Vienoula's Garden in Mykonos and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Fotini, Dimitri and all the staff are more than helpful and more than happy to assist with any request. They all went beyond and above to ensure our stay here was enjoyable and comfortable. Their hospitality was genuine, from Fotini's home made cakes at breakfast, honest and helpful information about places to visit and things to do, assistance with services and their general attention to detail. No request was too much trouble and was actioned with enthusiasm and a smile. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Mykonos
Stayed for 4 nights. Lovely clean room - rather basic but offered everything needed including air-con! Staff were so lovely and friendly, really felt they went out of their way to please and always asked what you had got up too in your day etc. Upon arriving we noticed we had twin beds rather than double which the room had specified was available (especially as this was a couples holiday.) Mentioned to hotel staff, changed the next day so no problem. Good area, 10 min walk from the town about 20 from centre and 30 from the port. Only downside is that you have to walk down a road with no pavements or lighting which we nicknamed 'Death Valley" - Seriously if you were taking children hold on tight to them. Breakfast included with our package, good quality with home made desserts. Poolside was wonderful, quiet and with a 24 hour bar so enjoyed cocktails on the sun beds. Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend to anyone looking.
