The best hotel ever clean , beautiful view , helpful , friendly staff for sure a 5 stars hotel
I want to make it clear that I reviewed the restaurant separately. The restaurant and anything that has to do with an eatery there, is absolutely amazing. The restaurant GM, Sakis R, has everything under control. As per the resort itself, it is huge. Therefore, you do not get nice and personalized attention from the staff. They switched management apparently, and everybody is very new. Nobody really knows what they are doing besides two workers, and the restaurants. I have never stayed at a five-star resort that smells like sewer so bad I cannot even get ready in my own bathroom. It comes up through the drain on the bathroom floor, and they would not switch rooms or offer any sort of compensation. The property is beautiful but the smell was so bad in the bathroom that we had to put a rag over the drain on the floor and shut the door and then hold our breath and run in when we had to brush our teeth or use the bathroom. I have been to 70 countries and some of them Third World and definitely a lot that were not five-star and I was not expecting to smell strong sewer my whole stay. I have never experienced such a thing without anybody fixing it, and I definitely was not expecting it from a five-star resort. To the owner woman, you should visit the property and see what’s up with the new management. Again everything having to do with food restaurants, the Buffet,catering, events, those were all amazing and so are the people. That’s the only reason I would return.
beautiful location and property. everything had to be repeated several times - they didnt pick up our bags for check out we had to carry our bags and rush to the airport
