VILLA OSTRACO

Villa Ostraco, is located few steps away from the fine and famous beach of Kalo Livadi, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.

A large shaded terrace with lounge sofas is the highlight of this beautiful house.

The interior of the house is developed in two floors. The upper floor has a stylish and comfortable living room with fireplace and a large, fully equipped kitchen with an open and functional dining area. A bathroom with shower is located in the same level.

On the lower floor are located three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the size of a junior suite. The are two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom at the same level.

Villa Ostraco accommodates up to 7 guests.

The villa is part of a luxury villa complex, located few steps away from the sandy beach of Loulos.

Villa Ostraco could be rent as a complex with villa Island. As a complex the two villas sleep up to 15 guests.

Please be aware that a 15€ per night Climate Resilience Tax is applied to all reservations from 1st of March to 30th of October.
