Spanning over 200 sqm Ferretti villa is uniquely situated at the north-western side of its land. Its main gardens and outdoor sitting areas are thus well protected from the summer northern winds making it a tranquil getaway. The house is made of local stone in the traditional manner. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. There is an adjacent but separate guest house with kitchenette and bathroom. There is also a stone built BBQ and pizza oven, nearby the swimming pool.

Ferretti villa is a spacious flat development on a mountainous cycladic landscape. This unique place was originally built in the early nineties in a land of over 2 acres. There are AC units in every bedroom. The land has multiple wells and thus an abundance of clean water for summer and winter. There is a double solar water heating system for hot water all year. Besides, there is also another completely detached small house occupied by the housekeeping lady and her husband who has pool and gardening duties.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Location was falsely advertised and is not located anywhere near old port. Advertisement is completely misleading as property is no where near listed location.Is over a 2 hr walk from the old port, not 7 minutes as advertised. Would not recommend staying at this property.
