Beachside should mean beach side

This apartment is not 1m from Agios Sosti beach / it is 12-13m at best for adults longer for young children. The apartment property owners argued with me when google maps and my record on strava also give 12-13 minutes. Also there is 100 m incline which is a lot over the 900m distance, I spent 36 minutes on call with Hotel.com to get resolution / and property managers argued with me. We have left after one night to another property with a checked in advance 1min walk to beach !
