The jacuzzi was very dirty- there was sand and dirt in it when we arrived. They need to drain the hot tub and clean it every use. It was pretty gross. Otherwise the view was great.

Perfect view of Paradise!

Dora and crew were amazing and kept lines of communication wide open. We never had to wait much for anything and the room was super cute and the jacuzzi had the best view of Paradise Beach! The only issue was the room had a smell and the shower drain was backed up so much that it flooded the room. Thankfully they were able to send someone right away. I would rebook again but of course only if the plumbing was proper.
