Please don't skip this hotel due to a few negative reviews. The location is truly fabulous but it is also a very nice hotel. We paid an extra €20 per night upgrade to get a third floor room. The sunsets were fabulous. The service was as good as any four star resort I have been to. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. Maybe not the most modern hotel it certainly made up for that in character. There is a small public beach directly on front of the hotel and the pool area is a great place to hang out. I could not find evidence of some of the negatives some reviewers refer to. If we are ever back in Mykonos would not hesitate to go back.

We stayed at Leto hotel and enjoyed the amazing views from the third level especially sunset. Staff were ok and somewhat hospitable. Location is great as you are just away from the town and you have a fantastic little restaurant out the front - Kavos. Watch out as the pool area turns into a bar/nightclub each night and can go until midnight.

We have been absolutely satisfied with our stay early October in a sea view room. Fantastic location and very friendly personnel. Room was large and well cleaned. Though, we found that value for money was not really good. The location is unbeatable, but some things (doors, bathroom,....) would need renewal to keep a real 4 star ranking and justifying room rates. The pool is only for swimmers (only 1.85m depth), nothing for kids or for hanging out. We would recommend to stay here for a couple of nights to explore Mykonos city.

This hotel is not very new. The furniture is rather old, such as cupboard and tables. Same for shower room. Breakfast is ok only. However, this hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the city square and ferry. Location very good. Not sure if there is newer hotel in Mykronos. If not, this hotel is still nice to stay.

This hotel was our final stopover. Very nice clean and great service. Good location close to main centre for shops, restaurants and access to bus transfers across the island. Breakfast included was great and view of harbour. Pool and bar good. Overall good place.

We stayed in room 202 and the room is barely a two star although the hotel is four star? The shower was falling apart and quite disgusting (see photos). Our friends stayed in 314 and it was a beautiful room obviously upgraded. The hotel amenities were stellar and deserving of four stars. Location, the views, pool, staff. (Thank you Mary!) and breakfast all outstanding. I think it’s time for the Leto to upgrade all their rooms. Until that happens I can’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Leto Hotel in late August and I just wanted to write a quick review. The hotel has some really great points, and some very average points. To start with the great things, the service and location are second to none. We enjoyed great service from the entire staff throughout our stay. The location is also hard to beat, it's located right at the end of the pedestrian street. The grounds of the hotel are also beautiful. The average bits: the pool, the breakfast, the bedding and amenities. The hotel is very expensive, which is fine as it's Mykonos, but you should get some more luxuries for this money. For example, there aren't even bottles of water provided in the room! The rooms are in desperate need of a refurb, the bedding is cheap and the pillows uncomfortable. The toiletries in the shower are also of a lower quality. I don't mind paying 400 GBP per night, but there should at least be a 0.50 bottle of water in the room when you arrive! The air conditioner also doesn't work effectively enough. We were never hot, but it was also never very cool in the room which made for some uncomfortable sleeping. The breakfast was average, the coffee was awful, but the service was fantastic. The pool is also an area that could be great but isn't. The area is shared by the restaurant, so there are loads of very odd seating arrangements around the pool instead of just sun loungers. If they want to utilise the space for restaurant seating too, maybe start switching it over later in the day, but it's a bit odd to have tables and chairs around a pool when you just want to sunbathe. The way I would characterise this hotel is one which has a privileged position and knows it - and charges accordingly. What they don't do is follow through with the goods! They need to upgrade their offering, even raise your room rates by 25 a night, but make it luxurious! It's irritating when you don't mind paying for luxury, but all you get is location, and a very average hotel. This hotel is in complete contrast to other luxury hotels in Mykonos town that do offer all of these things for roughly the same money. Saying all this, the staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. Owners/management - step up and make the rooms match the price!

Great location and very friendly staff. Received room upgrade and was very pleased, had a great view of the sunset and was able to see all the way into town. Breakfast was great and hotel was well managed. Rooms were well kept.

We had a great stay at Leto. Service is top notch and friendly, the building itself is beautiful and clean, and the pool area is great. The food there is also fantastic. But the best thing about Leto is the location. It’s right on the waterfront. Everything is within walking distance and staff is happy to help you find anything you need.

After four days in a villa we were looking forward to our 4 star hotel. On first impressions it looked lovely. Locality and pool lovely. Rooms a little dated although were perfectly adequate. The views are spectacular. However the pool bar is subcontracted out to a restaurant in the evening, the highlight is the DJ who is supposed to stop at 1am his prerogative often goes to 3 am. Drum and bass blaring for the whole four nights we were there. Very disappointing as a holiday is where you’re supposed to rest and recuperate we have come back knackered. Poignant then that my husband took this photograph and inadvertently removed two stars. I would like to say that the restaurant staff were 5 star.
