Overpriced, decent decor, customer service so horrible it appeared intentional. The maintenance person was the only staff member who provided any quality customer service. Unfortunately we met him after our unit flooded from the floor drain on the second day of our stay. Some of our clothes were soaked and mgmt told us to take it to a laundry that would have cost $50 in taxi fees plus they declined to offer any compensation for the cleaning. Of course they also attempted to blame us for the clog that clearly took weeks to form. At check in we were told to contact them with any request, however they failed to offer any assistance whatsoever. We asked for a local pizza place recommendation and was told Dominoes. They weren’t joking. We asked for transportation options since it was a 30 minute walk to the closest bus station and they told us to Uber. We later found out on our own how to contact the local taxi service and it was much cheaper. The unit had a clump of hair hanging from the steps going to the second floor, mold on the wall near the sliding glass door, and drapes that constantly came off its tracks. The so called private pool was located at the back of the unit and within 30 feet of the main road with no barrier for privacy and the privacy fence located on the side on the unit would not lock. There was no mini bar items as advertised, kettle with no coffee/tea, and the towels were rough enough to exfoliate. I’m sure there was more but you get the point.

Superbe hotel, propre, bien équipé, décoré avec soin tout etait super. Nous avions la 111 et elle est vraiment pres de la route. Les autres chambres sont vers la piscine et n ont pas ce bruit. Donc vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Tout est superbes

Prima verblijf, zo’n 3 km van het stadje. Langs een drukke weg maar qua geluid prima te doen met een kamer achterin. Hele goede huishouding, kamer was iedere dag top schoon.
