Cleanliness

I liked the location and easy accessibility to several areas of West Michigan. The staff was friendly. Found several cigarette butts under the edge if the bed in my “non-smoking” room. UGH! Also, the walks of the bathroom were very cracked and the plaster paint like finish was chipping off in many places. Felt like it was very expensive because of the name on the building but not at all worth any more than an average inexpensive hotel.

Check in was amazing we got room #112 which is our anniversary ❤️

Hotel staff were very friendly and accomadating

Room itself is what I'd expect. But bathroom needs some help. Very small, dingy (needs some paint and plaster replaced). Just doesnt have that clean feeling. Pool area wasnt clean either with misc trash on floor even though we were only ones in pool an hour after check in. I realize with Covid the housekeeping is likely cut back but this place seemed minimal. Didnt feel fresh at all.

We had the king bed room bv and i really liked that they had a sofa to sit on. The room was very clean we stayed in 127 on 4/3 & 4/4. The only really bad thing was that when i was packing up i seen a baby bug on the pillow. Looked like a tiny roach. They need to spray regularly.

Terrible DO NOT STAY HERE. Beds horrible and not clean. Walls paper thin.

Very quiet, easy stay.. overall enjoyed our time here

Bathroom is in poor condition. Walls damaged by water and not corrected. Sink drain very slow. TV stand broken light bulbs out. Have stayed at this property many times but I won’t go back

When I come in town, I normally stay at the Baymont. Please don't allow children to make own food in the morning.

Property is very clean and the room was in great condition. Service was awesome and quick check in experience.

I thought it would be quiet tucked back from the road, but behind the building where I was at first, people would congregate to smoke, argue with each other and generally be loud. I asked the staff one night if he could do something about the extremely loud music coming from the parking lot and within five minutes it was quiet. Weekend nights there were extremely loud. Staff was great, I guess you can’t help how rude the other guests are.

I called ahead to insure they had a hot tub in working order. Was assured they did. Arrived to be told that they only keep the Hot Tub at 95 degrees. Went into the hot tub and it was like sitting in a bucket of warm water. There was so much Bromine in it that it makes you ill. Thats very dangerous. Checked back out immediately. I advised them that they better learn how to care for a hot tub before they kill someone with the Bromine. I only went there for the Hot Tub, nothing else. Its easy to see why there are never any cars in the parking lot. The pool area does not allow food or beverages, OK, why do you have a hundred picnic tables and chairs around it then? When your hotel is half the price of the hotels 1/2 mile down the road and you still aren't busy, there is a reason. The Hot Tub is only one of many.

This was a good hotel when you need one or two nights, and a good night sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is convenient, right off of the highway.

Ridiculously overpriced for a less than mediocre experience. The whole hotel is in need of updates. The pool was often low on towels and staff stood at the pool doorway to make sure you left your pool towel before going back to your room. I didn’t pay $250 a night for my toddlers to freeze on the walk back to our room. It wasn’t too bad though since our room was at least warm thanks to a poorly functioning AC unit.
