I thought it would be quiet tucked back from the road, but behind the building where I was at first, people would congregate to smoke, argue with each other and generally be loud. I asked the staff one night if he could do something about the extremely loud music coming from the parking lot and within five minutes it was quiet. Weekend nights there were extremely loud. Staff was great, I guess you can’t help how rude the other guests are.

I called ahead to insure they had a hot tub in working order. Was assured they did. Arrived to be told that they only keep the Hot Tub at 95 degrees. Went into the hot tub and it was like sitting in a bucket of warm water. There was so much Bromine in it that it makes you ill. Thats very dangerous. Checked back out immediately. I advised them that they better learn how to care for a hot tub before they kill someone with the Bromine. I only went there for the Hot Tub, nothing else. Its easy to see why there are never any cars in the parking lot. The pool area does not allow food or beverages, OK, why do you have a hundred picnic tables and chairs around it then? When your hotel is half the price of the hotels 1/2 mile down the road and you still aren't busy, there is a reason. The Hot Tub is only one of many.

This was a good hotel when you need one or two nights, and a good night sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is convenient, right off of the highway.

Ridiculously overpriced for a less than mediocre experience. The whole hotel is in need of updates. The pool was often low on towels and staff stood at the pool doorway to make sure you left your pool towel before going back to your room. I didn’t pay $250 a night for my toddlers to freeze on the walk back to our room. It wasn’t too bad though since our room was at least warm thanks to a poorly functioning AC unit.

Stayed here before. Good location for being close to shopping and plenty of restaurants though little difficult to get to off the expressway (I-96). Satellite TV was difficult to use (Direct TV) if small remote receiver was blocked(about size of a sugar cube just below TV itself). Really great upscale restaurant (Hearthstone) only minutes away!

Very clean and well-maintained, staff was very helpful and friendly, good continental breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub were nice, even in the winter time. Walls are a bit thin, though.

Staff was polite. Building was a bit shabby. Dated brown carpet. Pool area could have been nice, but the wilting ceiling fans and tiles missing in the hot tub were distracting. Breakfast in am was ok. Cereal, yogurt, some fruit if you are early enough, little sausage sandwiches, waffles. Room was adequate, small bathroom, beds comfy, but after we had stayed the night discovered a stain on the corner of matress--coffee we hoped. EEk. Two story, no elevator so dragged suitcases up two flights. We were ok, but someone with a disability would have trouble. Road construction with one way only was a pain.

A nice hotel with very comfortable beds, in a quiet area. The rooms were clean, just needed a little bit of paint and it would have looked (and felt) brand new. There was a yellow chair in the room with a really scary looking stain on the seat, but I just sat in another chair. The hem was falling out of the curtain, which would be an easy fix...just change that one sheer panel; these things all worked together to make the room look a lot more in need of repair than it actually was...as I said, the bed was super comfy, the tv had a zillion channels, great water pressure in the shower and super nice people at the desk. It was a nice stay despite the couple of maintenance issues.

The staff was pleasant and the room (the bed especially) was far more comfortable than I expected for the price. The breakfast was nothing special but had a little of everything and was quite adequate.

This facility is in a very quiet area.. The room and total motel were in good condition.. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a big plus. The breakfast was very good . Even though the facility was in a rural like atmosphere, there was a shopping center a mile away with every chain shop and restaurant you can think of. The motel and the entire area has a very new like feel...

Nice, clean hotel with a pool and jacuzzi. It's close to good shopping, Michigan adventure and the freeway.

Will definitely be back. Pool was clean, staff was helpful, close to several awesome restaurants and the beach. Just an awesome experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient location and good breakfast. Thank you!

Room was clean, loved the continental breakfast and just down the road from mall and restaurants. Staff was exceptional, especially Calvin. Pool was fab. Good bargain for the money.

This hotel was nice. The hit tub sucked the first night and was a little warmer the next. They need to make it hotter for sure. The room was very nice! The beds were amazing!!!!! Overall this was a great hotel! We will stay there again!

We stayed here after spending the day at Michigan's Adventure. It was an 18 minute drive from Michigan's Adventure. We felt very safe here with our 2 young kids. The free breakfast was really good...more variety than I have ever seen for a continental breakfast. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel! Very clean rooms, great breakfast & nice swimming pool.

Hotel was great. Somewhat disappointed in fitness room. No antibacterial spray to clean machines. Would have liked more variety of fruit...not bananas only for breakfast. Other breakfast foods were good. Rooms were clean and pleasant.
