Amazing stay, very remote so perfect for a luxury stay at resort vibe. Food around is really good and staff are very attentive and friendly. The beach is secluded and wasn’t busy at all stunning location!!! The bathrooms were so clean no limescale in sight haha

The hotel is nice, lacks personality mainly in the food and restaurants. The furniture is cheap Kave home not to a 5 star hotel standard. The price for me is to high for what they offer. The main thing is the so called Micheline star restaurant. There is non. Food was very oily and never to a star standard. Overall a 3 out of 5 good place for 1 night if you have kids but if it’s for a romantic couple weekend look elesewhere.

Recently renovated, friendly to small children. The staff were generally very helpful and well trained, the beach and pool are beautiful,and breakfast buffet was excellent. The prices of things like drinks and lunch were pretty high, this drove us not spend on them and go elsewhere (€26 for a burger or sandwich).

The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children.

This property was a gem. As of June ‘26 this is a newly remodeled property. Suites as huge and have plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Everything from the room entertainment to the bathroom was spotless. The lobby and restaurants are amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool, beach, and outdoor restaurant were also in great condition and had great options. This felt way nicer than equivalent properties in places like Cabo, Maui, or the Caribbean. The location of the property was great, it’s not in the middle of a city which gives you a bit more space at the beach but you are still a 15 min drive from Alcudia which is a great little town for dinner.

The hotel looks nice, and that’s pretty much where it all ends. My room was very dirty: there was a dead moth next to the bed, a dirty pillowcase, and a towel with makeup stains still on it. When I complained, I was asked what could be done, so I requested a sea-view room upgrade. I was told the new room was ready, moved all my belongings, and then found it was smaller and overlooked a parking lot rather than the sea. The hotel provided a complimentary alcoholic drink, which I do not consume, although they did replace it with something else. I then asked to move back to my original room. Housekeeping did not clean my room until the third day of my four-day stay, claiming I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign up. Given my earlier complaints, they could have knocked or asked if I wanted service, as they eventually did on the third day. Even then, they left another dirty towel. The bathroom also had a strong fishy smell. After I reported it, a maintenance worker poured a chemical down the drain that caused a headache-inducing odor. The fishy smell remained the next day, and no follow-up was done. I was put in contact with someone named Anna when the issue started. But she only met me on the last day, she met with me to discuss the issues and trying to chat. During the conversation, she made excuses for the dirty towels, saying makeup can remain on them after use. However, I fail to see why a supposedly clean towel should still have visible makeup stains on it. Offered water gift.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ambiente absolut auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider wurde statt des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers mit King-Bed und Balkon zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer vergeben. Dieses entsprach optisch und funktional nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Für meinen knapp zwei Meter großen Vater war dies besonders unangenehm, da weder Dusche noch Spiegel für ihn geeignet waren. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation hieß es zunächst, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Erst am nächsten Tag erhielten wir das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer – verkauft als „Upgrade“, obwohl es schlicht die gebuchte Kategorie war. Ebenfalls schade: Die Strandliegen sind kostenpflichtig, was vorab nicht ausreichend kommuniziert wird. Immerhin wurden uns diese am letzten Tag als Entschädigung erlassen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir Anna, die sich bereits vor der Anreise hervorragend um unsere Wünsche gekümmert und einen liebevollen Willkommensgruß für meine Eltern organisiert hat. Ein großes Lob an sie – genau so stellt man sich Fünf-Sterne-Service vor. Danke nochmal an der Stelle! :) Insgesamt bleibt trotz der schönen Anlage leider Enttäuschung zurück. Von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten wir einen professionelleren Umgang mit solchen Situationen.

Sehr schönes, komfortables und eher ruhiges Hotel, fast kein Lärm von aussen hörbar. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher und Cocktails etwas günstiger sein. Eine Übersicht über Abendveranstaltungen in der Lobby wäre auch von Vorteil. Alles andere war sehr schön und ist zu empfehlen.👍😎

Wir haben 11 Tage im Sarena de Muro verbracht und waren insgesamt mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine elegante und ruhige Atmosphäre, das Personal war freundlich und die Lage direkt an der Playa de Muro ist wunderschön. Wir möchten auch einige konstruktive Anmerkungen hinterlassen. Das DeluxeZimmer war minimalistisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allerdings waren die Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für zwei Personen während eines 11-tägigen Aufenthalts etwas knapp bemessen. Der Kleiderschrank war nur etwa 60 cm breit, zudem war darin auch das Bügelbrett verstaut. Im Restaurant Biniterra (Halbpension) war das Frühstück gut, allerdings war das Angebot jeden Tag praktisch identisch. An der Brotstation gab es nur ein Messer zum Schneiden des Brotes, weshalb dort regelmäßig eine Warteschlange entstand. Außerdem waren nicht alle Speisen mit Schildern zu Name und Inhaltsstoffen versehen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die freundliche und engagierte Unterstützung von Andreea an der Rezeption. Sie hat uns viele sehr gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen. Ausserdem sind wir der Meinung, dass es gut wäre, im Hotel, Informationen für Touristen über die Posidonia Oceanica an der Playa de Muro bereitzustellen. Viele Urlauber halten diese Meerespflanze fälschlicherweise für „schmutzige Algen“, obwohl sie in Wirklichkeit ein äußerst wichtiger Bestandteil des mediterranen Ökosystems ist.
