My husband and I booked a standard double room for one night. it was small but nice and clean. Front desk staff was helpful. Airport shuttle cost 5 euro/person. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a really bad experience with the room heater was not working, and a problem with the shower. (( we stayed 6 nights )) but ZOLTAN ROZNER (( Assistance front desk manager)) Fixed our problem Right away, he changed the room for us and he was very polite and professional, therefore I give this hotel a five star rating, and i recommend everyone to stay at this hotel, great location, (( 10 min drive to hotel )) room was always clean!! Mr Rozner really cares about the customers A big high 5 for managers like him 👍

The word customer service is not known on this hotel. The staff is totally out of touch. They don’t speak to guests nor greet them while there. You have to pay for everything even a cup of coffee will cost u 2,80 Euros. The shuttle to the airport is 10,00 Euros. The driver doesn’t even help you load the luggage. When we arrived we had to ring a bell. The front desk person was upset and grumpy. This was our first stay there and our last one. Whoever is in charge of this property needs a class on hospitality and customer service.

Pick up from the Airport was excellent except for the drivers constant cell phone chatter in and outside the Bus, which did effect the arrival time. No Ice availability, Room Service said they do not have Ice, as it is not part of their Room Service.

We requested early check-in, but were told only possible if room was ready. Ate a leisurely lunch at airport, arrived at 3pm, but room wasn't ready. After several minutes, they put us in a room with only 2 beds, even though reservation was for 3 people. After 30 mins wait, finally got a room that worked.

It was a great location for an overnight layover with great shuttle service (that you pay for:)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was recently renovated. Beds were very firm.

The hotel offers standard double room and king bed options at reservation stage, where king bed is more expensive. I booked 2 king bed rooms and paid about 42$ extra. At check in they gave to us a standard double room with two single beds attached to each other, which was same as the photos of their standard double room at reservation page. Upon my check in bad experience feedback to Orbitz, they responded that, in Germany (!), two attached single beds are considered as king bed!! But they did not make any comments why the standard double room photos included attached beds with lower price and king bed photos included a king size bed with higher price. I am sorry that Ramada (Wyndham Group) allows such a very bad thing happen at their house in the heart of Europe.
