This property was not as described. No laundry, small refrigerator (not full sized), structural support in front of the kitchen which made it odd to use, the bathrom smelled terribly and we could not get it to stop smelling. I gave it 3 stars because the underground train was very close and Octoberfest one block away. The room we had was the Zeni. Double check before you book to make sure youre getting what you are paying for.

Nice stay, easy access from airport and to Marienplatz and English Garden. The apartment is small but well furnished. We appreciated the 2 burner electric stove and mini/fridge for when we needed to stay in and eat. There are several grocery stores and restaurants near the apartment.

The location of this property is excellent. It is well equipped and communication prior to check in and after was good, albeit by email only. We (a family of five) stayed for 4 nights. We used the two sofa beds which are adequate for kids but not unsuitable, in my opinion, for adults due to the thinness of the mattress and creaking with every movement. The kitchenette area is small but well equipped. The location is outstanding and we really loved the convenience of lots of restaurants and supermarkets near us, including a small supermarket in the same building. A great base from which to explore Munich.

Spacious rooms were clean and modern. Close to metro and old city of Munch- very walkable. Checkin and out was fine- always a little concerning when you can’t communicate directly with someone at the property- they have no one on site. Thankfully we didn’t run into any issues

Nice stay but a little quirky

Clean, well-located, modern, comfortable. Good communication. Subway a block away. Amazing Italian restaurant a block away. Plenty of stores for essentials. Quiet. If you arrive early and can’t Checkin until 14:30 there is no way to access baggage storage. There is NO air conditioning. One bathroom had a door the other did not. No linen, pillow or blanket provided for the twin sofa sleeper. Overall a satisfying stay.

Great spot - room was excellent, clean, nice bed, bath area, and kitchen. Stayed for 3 days - was a perfect place from which to explore Munich. Highly recommended. Komoka, Canada

Wouldn’t recommend for short stay/ family

Nice building, nice location. Booked two apartments for a family of five. One smelled like curry. The other had a chemical smell. Neither had enough blankets or towels even for one person! They were clear in communicating that they had supplied enough for one person, apparently that’s what I booked for. Not sure why you’d need to specify more than one person may stay in an apartment that is set up to sleep five! Ended up using my coat as a blanket…Finally, our apartment had NO DOOR on the bathroom. If you enjoy showering essentially in the hallway, it’s a nice setup. Again, no good for a family. It’s too bad, this place has so much potential and the area is great and the communication was good.

quality apartment

very comfortable roomy apartment in a good location with easy access to the Christmas markets. Only criticism was the very noisy lift which disturbs our sleep particularly in the early morning

5일 숙박했는데 청소와 수건이 필요하면 추가 요금 지불해야 하고, 침구가 깨끗하지 않아 먼지를 따로 다 떼어내고 사용했습니다. 소파베드는 움직임을 조금만 크게해도 한쪽이 내려앉았습니다. 숙소건물 1층에 마트가 있고, 지하철역이 가까운것은 장점입니다.

Gute Lage, aber Baustelle und Sauberkeitsmängel Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, ideal für Ausflüge und Shopping. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch die Baustelle nebenan beeinträchtigt, was tagsüber zu störendem Lärm führte. Zudem war die Matratze in unserem Zimmer nicht sauber, was den Komfort erheblich minderte. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Bezug auf Lage und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung, aber die Sauberkeit und die Baulärm-Problematik haben den Aufenthalt getrübt.

It was really clean with a large bed for 2. Close to a supermarket, a metro station and a winter festival. The kitchen was fully equip and the communication was really easy with the host.
