Visiting Munich in November ....is cold. Arrived in room with Queen bed. But the bed was only equiped with a single blanket (90×180cm) and that s it. No under sheet. Nothing. Next morning asked if thid was a mistake and answer is no : you have a queen bed but are single in you room so we give you the smaller blanket possible. How come one can be so cheap in such an hotel ? This is ridiculous. Breakfast service is also soso. Lot of choice but many items not refilled in time. @NH : honestly this is not what we expect from your company.
Stayed 4 nights as in a conference at the ICM. Very convenient for that and it has everything you'll need. The rooms are large and clean but its all a bit anonymous. Room rate was ok but the breakfast seemed very expensive - there is an excellent bakery/coffee shop around half a mile away (near Lidl) which does excellent coffee and cakes for breakfast. Staff very friendly and amenable. Didnt sleep very well and noise from the kitchens beneath my room started early. There is no coffee making facilities in the room and also no iron/board. The TV has a couple of English speaking channels but you have to want American news if you want to watch them. Bar seemed well stocked and open late..tried the catering once..a buffet for 20 euros including a beer...it was very very average. Its fine for what it does
Stay one night. It's a good place for attending the events at the mess. A Large variety of dish is provided for the Breakfast. the Bed is very comfortable but my room smelling strongly cigarette (2th floor) Internet quite slow Good service
Went for two days to Munich booked that hotel because had quite positive experience in the past with that Brand!! But that Hotel changed my mind!!! We arrived at 1:30pm and the Hotel said they don't do any check ins before 3pm!!!!! Very disappointed because the time in Munich was quite limited and very booked!!!! Now seating the next 1.5h in a freaking chair and wait until 3pm!!! Super frustrated and disappointed never happened before and we visited hundreds of hotels until now!!!
Good hotel to spend the night in the Munich area. Close proximity to the beltway but on the outskirts of the city in a quiet commercial/IT-park neighborhood. Parking spaces (free) on the hotel property are limited (8 or so cars), but the hotel has a parking garages which can be used against a fee. Outside business hours you can usually find some free parking spaces in the adjacent street. The hotel has a nice, spacious lobby, reminiscent of luxury hotels. Our standard room was large and had a big king size bed with a choice of pillows. The bathroom offered both soap and shampoo dispensers and miniature toiletries. Good marks for the room. WiFi was free but we booked as NH-members, so not sure whether it is normally included or not. Our only remark is regarding the breakfast. We usually choose the NH brand for the comprehensive breakfast offerings. The breakfast was ok, certainly on par with comparable chains such as Holiday Inn, but not reflecting the usual NH choices nor the photos on the NH website. All in all a good hotel to spend a night on the road in the Munich Riem area.
Stopped over on my trip to Adriatic and had excellent service. Hotel is in quiet area, there is free parking and my room was very comfortable! They have bike rental so I used one of them for a quick trip to city centre and back before heading out Will definitely come back!!
Finally an hotel in Germany that does not ask you for a pass word to go on the internet, who welcomes you with open arms and a smile. The room are big, very clean. The food great. There is only one problem: we have to leave after only one night. But, I do hope to come again.
Stayed here for one night whilst on our contiki trip. I was impressed by the size of the room and how clean it was. Unfortunately we stayed in 12 different hotels in 12 days so I can't quite remember how good the breakfast was, but I think we were doing good in Munich. I remember the hotel was rather large and very polished looking. Recommend for sure :)
I stayed 3 nights for business and overall the hotel was very good. The rooms are big, clean, and the amenities are good. The WiFi however was pretty slow even after midnight. The pillows could use an upgrade for this category of hotel. Saying that, the staff were efficient and friendly. The little snacks and cold lemon water by reception are appreciated. The air-conditioning worked great especially as it was 30+ degrees every day. Getting to/from the airport was easy and the nearest S-Bahn station - München-Riem station was about a 10 minute walk if you know the shortcut across the wooded area. Transfer time was about 45 minutes with one change. I would of course recommend and stay again if in the area for meetings.
I had the privilege to stay in this hotel only for one night but I was extremely impressed with the location, cleanliness, staff who were always eager to help and wonderful spacious rooms. Breakfast included a wonderful selection and something for everyone's tastebuds! I would strongly recommend this hotel and I will surely return!
