The last day we stayed al the hotel it didn’t work the WiFi, I don’t know if it was becuase it that was our checkout day or what, but it didn’t The first morning at the hotel on a Saturday they started hammering and drilling from 7:30 a.m. I made the hotel reservation from 6 months before and no one told me there was going to be work at the hotel. When I called the front desk, I was told there was nothing to do, that they were doing works at the hotel. I didn’t like it and I don’t recommend this hotel
The property was nicely located to the center of town. Also very convenient to the train station.
Me Meridien is fine but their agreements with on-line brokers such as Orbitz are terrible. 2 days after making a reservation they would not cancel it citing the deal with the broker. But the Broker (Orbitz) says it was The hotels call. Stuck in the middle. I won’t ever stay there again. Their loss
Needed more info about amenities at checkin. Shower had not been scrubbed and had mildew.
Excellent hotel and staff a short two minute walk from the Munchem Hauptbanhof. Could not be more convenient. Highly recommended for cleanliness, comfort and location.
Perfect location right across from Central Station. Lots of food options within walking distance. Very close to old town.
First things first, the staff are lovely. All our interactions with them were positive d left us smiling. However, the hotel itself is in need of a facelift. The only good thing we can say about the room is that the bed was comfy, other than that it felt like you jumped through time and fell into 1985 The decor is always a matter of taste, so that would be ok, but the noise from the A/C every time it started made me think it was also installed and last serviced in 1985. On the plus side, the location is perfect as it is across the street from the central train station, so you can get pretty much anywhere from there in just a few minutes.
The hair dryer didn't work. The television hanging on the wall didn't work, so there was another one in the room sitting on a table. The bathroom had a bad odor.
Disappointing for Le Meridien brand. Poor service at the front desk...repeatedly. The bar area had much better service. The rooms were fine. Advertised pool and when children went to use pool were told to be quiet because pool was part of spa facilities?
Centrally located. The room (Junior Suite) was the perfect size for our family and the staff did a great job with helping us get a crib and also set up the sofa bed.
