Let me begin by saying, I had decent expectations from this hotel, it might be because I "THOUGHT" Novotel is a decent brand, you were at a coveted location and also the fact you were charging me loads of money. To say I was disappointed, will be an understatement. But let me try to explain anyway - 1) You are dramatically understaffed. If you ever have a group check in at your hotel, God save the guests. You are also clueless. About everything. Simple things like - Early check in , Billings in different names/company names, it took me a very sweaty 15 mins to explain this to your front desk people. Sweaty, because miraculously the air conditioning doesn't work. ANYWHERE. 2) The room - needs a facelift. And I am talking about a very expensive botox here. My view was a wall. Not a city. Obviously not the sea. But a WALL. The rooms smell moldy. The air conditioning doesn't work, as mentioned earlier. There are absolutely no amenities. everything is on request apparently. Like, towels? robe? dental kit? shower gel? water? So basically I had to request for everything, multiple times, because you know why listen the first time, right? 3) Lets not forget - You don't have a hair dryer!! no vanity kit, no cotton pads?? The horror I had to go through. 4) The mini bar - was empty. Like Nothing. I couldn't drown my sorrows in anything. And mind you I was bloody unhappy at your so called "establishment". 5) Please note, I stayed here for 3 nights, so thats 3 breakfasts, But I could eat breakfast only once, purely because I like my sanity and didn't wanted to torture myself anymore. More on breakfast - Tasteless food, service was a level on -236743, none of the servers were interested in listening or serving, defeating the sole purpose of their jobs, but whatever. No cutlery served for multiple minutes, and after asking multiple times. The cold coffee was the worst I have had in my life. Moving on. 6) Feeling down and out from your bad air conditioning I called for room service, for Coke Zero, they didnthave it. Diet Coke - Dont have that either. Just coke. NO. So you guys dont serve any of the coke products. ANY!! With this, you just went to the bottom-set on the list of places to stay in Mumbai. Actually I will think multiple times before going to any Novotel from now on. So yeah, you have ruined it for everyone. It would be safe to say that you are at your absolute worst right now. I mean you could try, but I wouldn't like to be around when you hit lower than this on service. My suggestion to every traveller planning to book this hotel - JUST DONT. You will thank me. But if you do book it, I will pray for your sanity, since I lost some of mine there.

At a glance: all is worn out. I think they are renovating the rooms but I was in an ild one where everything was worn out. The carpet was in a sad condition, same with all the fornitures. It has amenities according to the class so if you skip this then is fine. I guess with the new rooms that will improve a lot. Buffet is wide and good. Service is attentive and efficient. Area is really poor and ugly. But after seeing this area of Mumbay i think is according to the std. I presume downtown is way nicer.

the entrance itself is a terrible start - the A/C was not working. The staff standing there were not curteous and looked in shambles. The ambiance as you enter is totally un welcominging and a total put off. We went went our toddler and they did not have a high chair - their excuse was it was in the resaurant which was closed at the time!!! Not impressed. Never going to visit again.

We booked this hotel as it was recommended by our family friends. This hotel has amazing service all the staff are were helpful. We wanted few things doing i.e. photos sketching for our grandad thank you to Praful he sorted it out and recommend us someone. Sachin was amazing gave us VIP service and it felt like we were at home. The breakfast buffet was amazing. we had two rooms 441 434 both rooms were best and 434 is very nice view of the pool where 441 you can see the sea lovely to see am and pm time. We were next to Juhu beach walking distance which was good. We also had access to the premium lounge the service was excellent thank you to Prashant,Deepak Bora,Aman Pandey, and Sheikh Mohmmed Faizah so helpful and always happy to help. There is plenty of taxis and rickshaw be careful of blue taxi they can charge more if you are not to careful so either book uber or Rickshaws that can take you A to B. They are also re doing the place again so some work being done. Lots of shooting for films and programmes. lovely swimming pools and clean. I would stay here again. The only thing we felt wasn't good was the SPA poor service when we went to do facial was meant to be for one hour for my mum she finished in 30 minutes did not do the facial properly and they had to say sorry but this was not good enough and mum was very upset. Worth staying in this hotel i would stay here again.

We had our membership vouchers which had to be utilised before may 31 so we visited Novotel juhu to redeem our one night stay voucher.The hotel is super basic, even sea princess has a beachfront but its clean and peaceful there...here when we were standing near the pool area we felt like we are at the beach itself with all the noise and chaos so there is no privacy or peace...the hotel staff is lost in some unknown world...when we entered the room they kept some welcome treats which were very average...We ate dinner at sampan again nothing great...rooms are not comfortable either...even budget hotels have better rooms and bathrooms than novotel...we were so restless that we checked out in the middle of the night to sleep in our own house with comfort.

Visited with family. We had a room for my father and while there, two meals. What I’m going to type here is very tragic. The hotel is essentially upscale with good rooms , layout and location. But the management is same standard as an unbranded hotel in Juhu. The cleanliness and maintenance of common areas is poor and it has a feel like someone’s house while lots of guests are staying and everything is out of place. The AC cannot handle the humidity and there is no Aroma treatment what so ever. We had dinner one day at Olio and the AC was not working well. I was sweating profusely while having our meal. The wine had not been kept at serving temperature and had to get it done with an ice bucket. We found a strand of hair in the sphegetti and it had to be sent back. The Ravioli which was 850/- a portion and should have been mind blowing, was cold. The Tiramisu was like mascarpone or cream served in a glass. But the people were sweet and tried their best despite being a bit understaffed. The breakfast the morning after was a real tragedy. There was not enough seating to start with. I counted 2-3 servers handling the place. The managers were doing anything but managing. After seeing no tables and no one offering to seat me I went to a soiled table and had someone clean it for me. Just as I was about to sit this server called Pratik rushed out to me saying that the table was already booked and that he was seating someone else there. I told him that I had got it cleaned in the absence of any help and that he should seat his guests elsewhere but he was very irritable and said no that I should wait. I asked his name and left deciding to step out for breakfast rather than suffer this market like ambience. Again the AC wasn’t working and inside with the AC on, you sweat profusely. The manager Prashanth to his credit came after me suggesting various alternatives but by then the damage was done. I’m very clear that this is not a place I should ever go especially with guests as they just can’t handle the show. It’s a lottery how services will be. They should visit one if the other 5 stars nearby and see how they handle the show. This place takes its loyalty for granted. Tragedy to see a Marquee Property reduced to such ‘Udupi restaurant’ standards.

Though i am a mumbaikar i enjoy staying and spending at novotel juhu.The prime blissful experience is mainly due to the direct sea view and exceptional hospitality as regular guest of accor plus .In particular i and my family greatfull to shalaka pisat incharge of front office for being exceptional kind and courteous. I am also greatful to chef glen olio for his outstanding skills.

right next to the juhu beach. one of the cleaner juhu beach stretch is along the novotel. The pool area is good for parties and the hotel late night dinner service and the bars have the best sea view in the Juhu area.

Good food and ambience. We had booked for a family dinner and the arrangements were really done well. Everyone enjoyed the courteous and smiling staff, who were happy to serve the group. The lounge seating by the sea is very peaceful and relaxing.

I just wanted to write a review about the excellent service provided by Tej Singh who works in the Gadda Da Vidda bar, he was so friendly and welcoming and always had a smile on his face. This guy should be promoted to a higher position as he would definitely excel. The hotel after the refurb was great only a few minor issues within the room. Highly recommend this hotel!
