"There was no hot water in the hotel following a night out. I contacted the front desk after 2:00 a.m., but no assistance was available. I called again in the morning well before checkout, and a maintenance worker was sent. He inspected the issue, stated he would return, and never did. After another call to the front desk, they contacted a janitor who said he needed to obtain a part. Over an hour passed, and no one returned. We ultimately decided to check out. While the front desk acknowledged the repair issue, there was no recognition of the inconvenience caused to our stay or any effort made to address or remedy it. Room 38.
