Amazing warm pool

It’s old, worn down, our overhead lights don’t work, the water is yellow and there is no hot water

Friendly staff, clean rooms, heated pool in the snow. Had a great experience.

I did not like the bathroom at all & shower room

One of the worst “resorts” I have ever stayed at. Dirty, smells moldy and dingy, very unsanitary, stains on the sheets, found towels from previous guests upon arrival. You have to pay an “amenities fee” of $20 something bucks… total rip off! We could’nt even use the pool because it was OVERLY Crowded. No pool chairs available use, over 25-30 people at the pool (it’s a small pool as well)… lighting in the room was very dark & dim. Oh… and the TV did not work, we had to call the front desk & the maintenance guy had to come in and fix it for us because it was a tv from like 1999… This place is very outdated and needs some remodeling all around. Only positive thing I have to say is the staff was very nice & pleasant. But other than that very terrible hotel… I would never come here again even if I was offered a free vacation. Do yourself a favor and save your money or stay somewhere else.

Very outdated, unkempt, very short staffed, couldn’t even eat at restaurant. Carpenter ants infested room, air conditioner not working.

Our stay at this resort was not the getaway we had hoped for. We had no WiFi. When management was informed, they reset the modem. When that resulted in no improvement we were told that they would contact IT to see what can be done about it. We asked why we were relegated to the Crofts rooms because they were far removed from the main resort and we knew that the WiFi worked in those buildings. We came to check out the place a week before our stay and they told us that guests with pets stay in Building 2 (which is in the main resort area in close safe walking distance to the resort amenities). When we asked to be moved we were told that there were no other rooms. The only lock on the door was a keyed deadbolt (the magnetic key card apparatus was gutted from the door). We had to go back to the front desk to get the magnetic key card for the ice room. They said that this would work for the ice room and the pool. It did not work for the ice room. We didn't want the added disappointment of trying the key for the pool, so we never used it there. The backyard for the room was a shared backyard presumably for pets to roam. The fence was good, but the grass was dead or weeds and I picked up 3 bags of dog poop in just the area directly behind our room. before I even let our dog out the first time. The building looked like the roof was about to cave in (apparently it did over a couple of rooms)

This hotel is dated. The pictures make it look all that, but it's definitely not worth the price we paid. This is like an upscale motel. The cleanliness of the hotel is in question. There was an unidentified white substance smeared on the couch and a few droplets on the decorative pillow so we were afraid to use it. I also noticed a white substance smeared on the carpet by the bed. (Room 121) No one came to clean our room while we were out for the day even though we had the "clean room" sign posted. We were hoping for garbage removal and more towels... btw are really old and dingy. The fire place is real and the small duraflame log doesn't heat up the room and you are not allowed to have the heater running so if you choose to use the fireplace you will freeze... its just for looks I guess. I think the best part about this hotel was the staff, they were super friendly and the tesla charger which was a major factor for our stay. I wont stay here again.

Clean spacious rooms recently updated. Peaceful environment. Huge heated pool and spa.

Spacious room and in good condition. No bathub in my unit. Convenient location close to restaurants and to skiing areas.

Beautiful. Wish we had more time. We had a really nice breakfast there and enjoy the pool. We also left the fireplace in the room

Great stay during Memorial Day Weekend Pool, golf, volleyball, tennis Great food at the golf course

The property is not mind blowing. It feels like you're in an apartment complex. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are the best part. A close second was the breakfast.

Great potential resort that needs management to focus on the basic. Having one person during busy weekend to handle free breakfast is not ideal and pressure washing on all signs would do wonder. You can't have staff so overworked that no one is at the front desks... would not come back for almost $200 a night

Thank you for your review. We have placed boosters for the WIFI in the croft rooms. The service is 100% now. We look forward to renovating the building and invite you to come stay with us again.
