It was clean . When I need something they help us y’all did good and cheaper

Clean room, good AC. Hard bed though. Didn't use any of the amenities. Great front desk service.

I've stayed at about a dozen La Quinta's over the years, this was by and far the cleanest and friendliest one yet.

Everything was fine . No problems checking in, no problems parking.

The air conditioner in our room made a deafening noise when on and made it impossible to sleep. Had to change rooms at 11:00 pm. There was no ice machine on our floor either. The elevators were jumpy and unpredictable as to what floors it would stop on. Staff was very friendly and helpful but this hotel needs some repairs.

I have no complaints about the property or staff. The room was clean breakfast was awesome and staff is friendly.

Cleanliness and staff great. Door to the outside didn’t close or lock. I reported it but staff not too concerned. Security needed improving.

After parking my car when we were about to enter the hotel there was rose plants on either sides of the entrance. We think that we were welcomed by the roses. The checkin was quick and the rooms were clean matching the price. Overall I had a pleasant stay in mount pleasant

Checking in was good, checking out, not so good. The room was good although there was a pair of men's flipflops in our room. Breakfast was ok, but not much food was there at 25 minutes before it was over, and there was no sweetener, just sugar. The noise on our hall was very loud around 10pm, midnight, 6am and 7am.

Friendly helpful happy staff. Bed comfortable. Slept very well.

The pillows we're the worst I have ever had. They were old and the stuffing was separated. The air conditioner was so noisy I couldn't sleep. We went to the hot tub and it was disgusting. There was all kinds of things floating in the water. I doubt we will ever be back.

High ceiling: never stay in a hotel with estimate height over 12". It makes the air circulation better

Super comfortable room. We are big tennis fans & were delighted to be able to watch IPTL world championship on TENNIS CHANNEL

I would NOT recommend this hotel. The only saving grace was the lady at the front desk, Macy. As soon as we stepped in the room it stunk of dog. But it gets worse. The bathroom was FILTHY. Brown stains on the walls and the shower curtains. Would have requested a different room but they were all booked. Worst hotel I've been in ever. Oh and the pool- you can smell the chlorine from the parking lot.

La Quinta provides consistently good accommodations at reasonable prices. This location in Mt Pleasant was no exception it was conveniently located and filled our needs.

We came in after a long day of driving, looking for a place to eat and rest. It was clean, comfortable and we got an excellent night's sleep.

This is a great hotel for the money you spend. I only have 2 complaints 1. The pool area really needs some new paint or something like that the paint on the walls are peeling and bubbling I'm sure it's from the humidity but really looks bad also some more lighting in there would be really great. 2. My room had old Oreos in the floor by the baseboards.. I am assuming they just weren't seen because the carpet is dark but I have a baby that crawls and she found them pretty quickly..other than that the room was awesome it was pretty quiet and everything seemed to work really well! We will definately be visiting this hotel again next time we head to visit family in that area.
