Charming Modern 1950s Mid-Century Ranch.

Enjoy a nostalgic experience at this centrally located home that was built in 1954. My wife and I have furnished it with a touch of modern mid century charm There is ample parking in front of the house and we are across the street from Hy-Vee grocery. Although located on a fairly busy street, the house is in a very safe area! At the opposite end of the house in what was the original garage is my one chair salon called Headlines. It has a separate entrance and please be assured that you will not be disturbed by the business activity. We look forward to your visit!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.
