The domain has 10 hectares of protected olive groves with 24-hour security and an on-site management office. There are two pools and tennis courts and the Chateau which can be used for guest accommodation and events. The property on 3 levels enjoys a living area of 174 m². The villa offers an open plan kitchen, large living / dining room with open plan kitchen opening onto lovely terraces on both aspects. On the first floor, a master bedroom with shower room. On the ground floor, two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and the other bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. At this level there is a laundry and ample storage area.
