Welcome to our Villa WABI SABI,

Our Villa is located 10 minutes from the city of Cannes and the beaches in a green and calm Mediterranean nature planted with olive, pine, palm, orange and lemon trees and decorated with a large swimming pool and a spa.
A living and relaxing space with a fireplace and television with dining area and open kitchen.
1 master suite with 180 cm bed with private bathroom and wc, plus 2 bedrooms with large 160 cm bed with shower rooms, 1 bedroom with 140 cm sofa bed, and 2 other wc.
Magnificent terrace shaded by a pergola with natural and neat furniture for the dining area overlooking the pool.
5X12 salt pool heated by the sun.
Outdoor jacuzzi heated all year round to 38 degrees.
A very bright orangery (gym), pleasant for gym classes and moments of relaxation.
The pool is surrounded by 200 m2 of terrace facing south and greenery (olive, lemon, orange, fig, palm) with sunny and shaded areas without any opposite and really quiet.
Petanque ground in the shade of an olive tree.
Outdoor ping pong table.
Very good southern exposure.

The house is located in the dead end of a very peaceful hamlet close to all amenities on foot, by bike or by car. Very good agreement with all the neighborhood.

The villa was partially renovated in 2012, beams and patinated furniture, warmly decorated, with small touches of the hostess.
It is good to live in this authentic house where you immediately feel at home!

Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve dans cette magnifique maison ! Tout était parfait : une piscine et un jacuzzi pour se détendre, quatre chambres très confortables, un espace Pilates idéal pour rester actif, et surtout un calme absolu. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos — spacieuse, lumineuse, décorée avec goût, et incroyablement bien équipée.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions comme les deux télévisions, et l’espace de jeu adapté à notre bébé d’un an, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence pour des vacances en famille.Ce séjour a largement dépassé nos attentes. Nous ne pensions pas trouver un endroit aussi agréable — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Wir waren vom Platzangebot und der Aufteilung absolut begeistert. Es gab mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser für uns alle, was wir auch schon anders erlebt haben. Der Pool war sehr schön, überall Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Traumhafte Villa in sehr schöner Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig (in einer Sackgasse) gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad ca. 20 Minuten zum Strand und zurück ca. 45 Minuten aufgrund Steigerung. In fußläufiger (ca. 5 Minuten) Umgebung befinden sich Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Fischladen, Käseladen, Weinfeinkost sowie ein sehr schöner gut sortierter Gemüse-/Feinkostladen. Hier bekommt man sehr gute und frische Ware. Mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt (24h geöffnet) der alle weiteren Wünsche erfüllt. Das Haus selber ist eine Oase des Wohlfühlens. Ob einen sehr großen Pool, einen sehr schönen Whirlpool oder die etlichen Liegemöglichkeiten, nichts vermisst man hier. Die Zimmer sind alle schön eingerichtet und die vorhandenen Badezimmer funktionell und für 8 Personen ausreichend vorhanden. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen und es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir können die Villa wärmsten empfehlen. Ein sehr schöner Ort um sich zu entspannen oder die Umgebung zu erkunden. Mit Cannes (ca. 15 Autominuten) , Nizza (30 Autominuten) sowie die kleineren Orte nördlich mit der Parfümstadt Grasse und einer sehr schönen Grotte in 25 Autominuten zu erreichen. Und das kleine Örtchen Mouans-Sartoux (Fahrrad 10 Minuten) ist sehr zu empfehlen. Klein aber fein. Und das Restaurant Le petit boucher ist auf jeden Fall ein oder mehrere Besuche wert!

Une semaine extraordinaire

Bien plus qu'une maison, nous avons découvert un endroit hors du temps. Nous avons eu la chance d'y poser nos valises une semaine, une semaine absolument magique. Un lieu au calme, une piscine magnifique, le jacuzzi, bref nos meilleures vacances! Perfect location and spacious accommodation

This property has perfect location - close to everything with car. Fantastic pool and terrace area where we spent most of our time. Clean and tidy inside with well equipped kitchen. Very nice owners with good availability. We can truly recommend this villa!
