Our Hotel room was dirty upon arrival at 12:30 in the morning. It was easy to tell the Sheets Were torn apart on both of the beds and there was still coffee in the coffee pot I thought we were in the wrong room so I spoke to the lady at the front counter who got us a different room which was even more disgusting dirt coming out of the clogged sink in the bathroom pink mold and the showers and on the shower curtain no coffee pot in the second room or even an alarm clock the pillows were made of waterproof material which were crunchy and very uncomfortable said there was continental breakfast but did not see any when I went to the office in the morning to get changed the original room because the room we were changed to was absolutely disgusting.. the air conditioners in the rooms both smelt of mold I would never go back there

This hotel has a lot of misleading information, and when we got there we tried to figure things out and the staff was very rude to us that to only get us out of the office they gave us a room that was not clean to begin with later we asked if it was a mistake she was not nice about it and told us we should wait later we had a room but the hotel is not what is in the pictures

The new onsight managers were very accommodating. Barb had us checked into our room quickly and offered to assist with any needs that should come up..The previous guest left the room safe locked and it was immediately replaced within minutes. We couldn't get the tv to work and Dave went way beyond what we expected to fix the satellite connection issues on the spot. The room was comfortable, clean and air conditioned, thank goodness because it was very hot the weekend we spent there. The pool and surrounding areas were kept clean and inviting. They even had a new gas grill available for use. House keeping didn't visit our room while we stayed but I actually prefer it that way. New towels were available with a simple request call to the desk. Although the rooms are older, a bit dated, and in need of some maintenance and repair I would definitely stay at Knights Inn again. It's refreshing to see a new management family who are working hard to spiff things up for their clientele. Well worth the inexpensive stay.

The room was fine. The online booking company charged more than the room would have been if I had reserved direct.

A very run down and old hotel. rooms were not cleaned very well.[...]

Exactly what we were looking for; inexpensive and quiet.

I requested handicap facilities. There were no handcap parking. My wife being handicap, had to climb up two flights of stairs, which she is'nt supposed to. With my daughter's help we got her up to the room, we were assigned. As of now, Ephrata Travelodge, and Orbitz, are off my list. If I could have gotten a refund,I would have driven on to my destination. Either Ephrata Travelodge gave Orbitz false information concerning Handicap facilities, or Orbitz doesn't know what's going on!!
