We weren't in our room much except for the last night there only to realize we must of had company the 3 nights we were there, A MOUSE .... front desk was notified... we moved down stairs to another room. NO elevator also. Probably wont go back

Property was ok. Staff was inconsistent in what answer you got depending who was at front desk. Numerous problems with amenities.

Small town. Good places to eat. About an hour away from Gatlinburg but a good place to stay at. Ok breakfast.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5.30 p.m, but we were given another room immediately. Breakfast was good and having a fridge and microwave in the room was nice.

As soon as you walk in to check in there was an odor. Then went to the room and there were stains all over the quilt. Non smoking and people were standing at windows smoking. Went back and asked for new quilt lady walks t a closet pulled out new quilt hands it to me and says there you go. I take it back upstairs and pull the old one off and put new one on and it has stains all over it too. Thankfully I never travel without a blanket in the car. There were two working outlets in the room. The coffee maker was missing the straining part for making coffee. Oh Stoney’s across the road had coffee.

I had booked a hotel here wasn't able to get into town until late and showed them my reservation email n they did not have a room for me! I had to go find another hotel rm and the lady at the front desk was rude as hell n was on her cell phone the whole time

My family and I stayed here as a quick stop for a further trip north. We would arrive around 1:30 am, so I called ahead to alert them and the staff was excellent. When we arrived at 1:30 am they were welcoming and got us to our room quickly. The room was clean and ready to be occupied. In the morning a continental breakfast was prepared. For a family traveling like ours, it was a great stay.

It was around the freezing point outside at night. The AC couldn't warm the room. I called the staff. She came in, checked the AC, and said the room was too large to warm. I asked if I could change to another room and she told me every room was like this.

The rooms smelled like smoke through out. We went to the pool and discovered that there was maggots crawling around the edges of the pool....

Place is 15-20 mins from Gatlinburg, gateway to Smokies. Google maps has the wrong address to the place, so dont rely on it, rather call the hotel its right off the interstate exit. You can get affordable accommodation even during peak season here. Rooms were clean, hotel staff is nice. Breakfast is barely a formality though, so don't expect much of that. Neighborhood is safe and and quiet. Overall a decent place for a few days stay.

This was the nicest hotel for the money around this area. The only problem Id say is the location. There is nothing to do around it at all.

Having never stayed at a Super 8 hotel, we thought we would give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and without any odor. The beds were comfy. Everything we expect from a nice hotel without the big price tag.

This hotel was just what we needed - very pleasant room and staff at the right price.

Our stay was great. The service was excellent and the room was clean. Way ta go Super 8!

The hotel was dirty from the first impression and our room was upstairs and they had no elevator but to our surprise the room itself was actually nice and clean. It wasnt amazing but way nicer than we expected from the arrival. The only thing wrong with the room itself was the pillows. They were about 1 and half foot square. I had to use three to equal one cheap pillow from the dollar store.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a good value and fit our need perfectly for place to stop and get some rest.

THE HOTEL WAS A LITTLE RUN DOWN. THEY WERE PAINTING AND THE PLACE HAD AN UNKEPT PLACE LOOK. IT JUST NEED EXTRA CLEANING ANG SOME LOVING CARE.

I did not receive the free high speed internet service as advertised. There was an extra $32 dollars attached to the bill when I checked my account on the internet. The billing statement was hard to read. Apparently my credit card was charged before we left on our trip. The hotel charged us again and had to credit our account. [...]The hotel staff were foreign and hard to understand.

This was a great place to stay for the money. Nice and clean

We were very pleased with the service, the room cleanliness, and the bed was very comfortable. We could not have asked for anything better.
